Staff were friendly and the facility was convenient and accessible. However, I have to be honest…the storage units need improvements. For outside units I would recommend elevating belongings on bricks or 2x4’s at least. Water does get in. Also the ceiling is coated with some sort of fluff filth that has deteriorated and falls all over the inside of the unit. There are roaches, rats and mice getting into and defecating all over whatever is being stored. I was able to find a unit of the same size, indoors, air conditioned, clean and free of insects and vermin under 5 minutes down the road…. and for a fraction of the cost.
