Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulReceived the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t typically write a review but the staff was knowledgeable, attentive and quick. Doesn’t get much better than that.
HENRY S | Primeras impresionesStaff very friendly and attentive. Good folks here.
JUAN P | Primeras impresionesBest service great people Very helpful
Michael m | Primeras impresionesI will recommend UHaul storage facility to my family and friends. I like to give a Big Shout to the most beautiful, friendly, loving , caring and helpful women’s at 8330 Hwy 6. Rhonda and Trina you Two ladies Rock!!🫶🏿 El’ Nora.S
ELNORA S | Experiencia generalGerald and the entire staff was very helpful
Talia F | Experiencia generalStaff is very professional very prompt and personable they not only make it an easy and a quick experience they Make sure you're aware of every fact and necessary information information up front. Not blindsided with undiscussed fees like other storage facilities.
Richard P | Experiencia generalI was really apprehensive about storing my items, but staff convinced me. They were soooo correct! I loved it, it was so clean and DRY!!
BARBARA D | Experiencia generalPrice is too high for what I’m getting. Twice what I was paying at another facility, but HOPEFULLY better security.
Steve h | Primeras impresionesMs Holiday did a great job and was a great help to me thank u for all u did for me
Jodie L | Primeras impresionesI wish i could have been prorated for my move out day
Carlton B | Experiencia generalIt was a smooth transition even though moving itself is stressful. From start to finish the transition was easy going. I am happy with the service that I received. I have always chosen to store my furniture at Uhaul facilities. Because of service and convenience. Happy customer!
Mary H | Primeras impresionesMy issue was the move out. I moved out, came back to clean it out and take pictures, but the employees had already zip ties it. I realize they saved me the cleaning it - but I was paid up for 10 more days, no one bothered to ask if I was done. Or if I was bringing anything back. Technically the space was still mine to use. I tried to explain it to the employees. But they kept just telling me I didn’t need to do anything.
Debra S | Experiencia generalI had an excellent experience returning a U-Haul trailer and renting a storage unit at this location. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process quick and hassle-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the right unit for my needs. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The storage unit was exactly as described, and I felt confident that my belongings would be safe. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service and treats people with respect. I highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking for reliable equipment, secure storage, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for any future moving or storage needs. Thank you to the entire staff for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy!
Richard P | Primeras impresionesKatrina went beyond expectations.
