The guy that help me out this morning had a terrible customer service and attitude. This is my second time I rent a U-Haul from this location in the last 3 weeks and trust me it will be my last one. Need to coach and retrain staff with customer service skills.

The workers were extremely lazy!!! They would not even show us where the truck was. Didn't have either of the two dollys i Reserved online. Overall you need a staff valuation for the morning crew. The men working in the afternoon When we returned the truck were great.

I will not return to this location. My experience was absolutely horrible. Talk about the lack of professionalism and customer service. The first gentleman that waited on me was so rude. I ask him what truck do I take, he said just hit the lock and that’s the one. So the truck next to the van I rented was parked awkward and I couldn’t get in the van through the driver side. I go back in the store and ask for assistance. Quincy states to me that I can get in on the passenger side and back out. I state to him that I don’t want to back the van out and hit the truck next to me. They acted like it was such a big deal for me to come in and address it. Overall my experience was not good at all and Quincy needs a better attitude or a new job. This was flat out ridiculous!!

I did not care / appreciate that the sales representative used a U-Haul app on his personal cell phone to take a photo of the front and back of my driver's license. I am concerned with this method to complete a sales transaction due to identity theft or the misuse and or sharing of my personal information on devices belonging to employees. Never used the utility dolley and looks like I got charged twice for it. It had no green tag on it at all, the guy that works there that was outside said he didn't think there was one on it and there wasn't. Plus the app didn't do my gas right either so got overcharged for that as well

Have Professionnel people working to help customers. Not young teens playing around. Also, it would have been nice to have our truck pulled up instead of us walking around the lot looking for which truck was ours. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!!!!!

If you notice my selections may counter the fact that I would recommend the location. One, the vehicle was clean but not well maintained. The services get a below average because they gave me the vehicle with less than full gas. I was told to take it back with the same amount, but they tried to charge me for the difference to full it . Then I did the drop box overnight thing, went online and followed the instructions, but the final invoice had both gas and service for after hours. I had to go back their to dispute it. The staff was friendly but the truck was one of my worst experience ever. I couldn’t pull the window down because it was broken. The truck drives really bad and it’s doesn’t absorb any thing from the road.
