Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe storage facility was accommodating. Staff members professional and did their job very well even contacting me when I feel behind on the payment. I appreciated that.
joey r | Experiencia generalGreat place
DEBRA J | Primeras impresionesThe Uhaul storage facility is extremely hot and I was told several times they were replacing the ac unit but ot still hasn’t been replaced. The storage faculty has stairs that need repair which makes it difficult to get moved in and out. The homeless people in the area hang out in the storage parking lot and I was afraid to go to the storage unit at night. This location is just not in a safe area.
KRISTINA K | Experiencia generalTodo muy bien. Y muy buen servicio
Lorena F | Experiencia generalYou’ll auction my stuff tried always working out some always changed the answers you’ll will give me is not right I had memories there important papers things un replaceable I will never get back
nancy t | Experiencia generalI am totally satisfied with you all's service and would recommend this location.
CARL S | Experiencia generalVery nice clean an helpful ppl
SOLOMON G | Experiencia generalBecause I had thing in the storage I had to buy out from a bitter boyfriend and he was holding my things there and it was for 3 months I talked to the people at the facility and everything but they would not get him there give me no information or anything so after 3 months I buy the storage from him put it in my name and I paid that month but font have money to continue to pay with that being said no one told me the day of the payment but I no there’s a grace period it was due on the 3rd they say but I got everything out on the 5th that’s not right and he said I have a balance I need for that to be taken off because I no it’s not true
Helen l | Experiencia generalMy move-in experience did not happen due to a power outage at the facility. This is a major disruption to my relocation process, as the storage facility was my first stop after 19 hours of driving to Houston. I will be back first thing in the morning with the expectation that the doors be manually opened if the power still hasn’t been restored or that my reservation be transferred to another comparable facility. I’m hopeful that management can make this right.
Tanner F | Mudanza en líneaThank you!! for all the years that I had been a customer. I hope to never have to store my things again but if I do I will return... once again fot the great service.
Angela J | Experiencia generalVery helpful and polite. Thank you
