The two ladies on duty Thursday were very helpful and courteous.
Every time I need to go to the storage there was a lock on the unit,&Zane employee stole my cellphone.
Management, employees and cleaning staff were professional and friendly.

I did not authorize a charge for storage unit and U-Haul is stealing my money and customer service was very rude and NO ONE IS TRYING TO HELP I PAID FOR WHAT I USED I DIDNT WANT A STROAGE UNIT AND YAL STILL CHARGED ME AND YOU WONT GRT ON PHONE TO HELP GET MY MONEY BACK I KNOW ITS HARD TIMES BUT DIDNT THINK UHAL WOULD STEAL JUST TO GET A SALE
