After Hurricane Ida there was roof damage which led to leaking in my unit. Nobody bothered to notify me that many of my things were ruined from this. I discovered it myself months later. When I asked Darlene about it she said “well that’s not really my job”. In fact, the day I started service she was rude to both me and my grandmother so much so that my grandmother still asks if I ran into “that lady with the nasty attitude.”

I checked out early. I feel that there should be some reimbursement.
Barney C | Overall ExperienceWe were not clear about getting into and out of building. We had to re-enter codes each time the door closed. It was night time and not terribly well-lit. We set the alarms off a few times. But, all clean and I appreciated the lock being included with storage unit. We reserved/rented 2 units but only used one. Wish we could be credited for having less than 1 day.

I was considering filing a law suit but later just let it be. Customer service varied depending on who was working at the time.

SESILY G | Overall ExperienceIt rained really bad in my storage when I went to get some of my things everything was wet mold on everything I went to office told the problem they said they can only write a comment about the unit I could not use the trash compact because I had to pay a fee first I had to load everything bring to my new place an throw everything there I had bugs flying an it stunk an when I would go to storage I couldn't open it it was very hard last day they finally came spray something to make it easier to open I had a lot of trouble at that unit they would not make it good for me but was sure to get each payment I'm very upset Mad an garage that I paid so much money for a good storage but was the worst storage ever the staff was nice inside, but they would not help me to fix the storage door from the beginning. I told two young guys that work there that it rain in my storage all they said was OK, the office never knew till I finally went inside to ask to use the compactor and I would've had to pay a fee knowing I lost everything in my storage
