I always try to use this location. If you reserve something there it is always available when you go to pick up.

Customer service was excellent! Facility is new and conveniently located. They actually apologized to me for the condition of the truck. They said it is one of the worst they've seen.

I would not recommend this company to a friend I wasted 90 bucks I was closing on my house I had a delay I needed to extend my truck was told no that I had to return because it had been rented out the following day no a very happy customer

Customer service was totally 5 stars...they go out of there way above and beyond to get you rolling safety and resolve any issues... EXAMPLE ** My brake lights weren’t working on my Nissan Frontier to pull a rental trailer...the hitch installer at 133 Monarch Dr, Houma, LA 70364 helped me find the issue and I was able to resolve it the same day helping me keep a very tight schedule

I really would have no negative comment or anything to suggest that any type of change would be needed regarding the staff, services and/or products simply due to the fact that I have never had such a great experience with every aspect of my experience and would never change or have anyone change anything to interrupt that experience. Great products, services and especially the staff, could not ask for any thing better, please do keep up the good work, thanks so very much.

Make sure every time it leaves it has a full tank of gas. Because I was not able to gage how much I put...so I added 8-10 more than I needed to.....and extra $24 for me.

Jennifer was incredibly helpful. We had to have the trailer no later than 10am to get to the location for a pickup and she worked incredibly hard to make that happen. We were so impressed!

I have rented many Uhaul vehicles in the past. The only issue I had was the smell in the cab. worst body odor smell. My only complaint. Customer service was great.

In spite of all my communications with U-Haul before arrival, the facility knew next to nothing about what I needed. The staff WERE attentive and got it all worked out, but I was expecting things to be more smooth.

The personel were great to work with and made us decide we needed a mini storage too. Just wish they had a lift truck tail gate one on site. At 64, a little rough bringing heavy items up the ramp.

The person that was in charge of accepting my return had the personality of a brick. She never smiled, never greeted me with appreciation for renting a trailer. Never talked to me accept to say, " Back it up over there". Very unprofessional.

No quarrels with the locations. The problem is with U-HAUL website. The proposed pickup location did not have the equipment I ordered. Never did. Your website should've directed me to a location that stocks the trailer I requested. Customers shouldn't have to wait in line at one location then have to run across town to wait in line at another location to track down equipment that U-HAUL should've done for us. Very disappointed.

Had trouble with billing and also with refueling the van I visited the location 3 times to get this problem fixed also called 5 times finally billing got straight but the over filing refund is being turned down ? Why ? If it was less file I’d be charged well when I was refueling van the gas gauge stayed at 1/2 tank never moved pass and I ended roping off tank finally when I pulled out of station the gauge went to full I was told to return it with 3/4 tank
