Prices for a small storage are ridiculous and you guys raise the rent every few months definitely would not use this place again

Sliding doors were locked during normal work hours on a Sunday which made it inconvenient and difficult to move items in and out of storage. Had to re-enter code each time to use single door entrance.
JOHN C. | Overall ExperienceI made my reservation online for September 25 and tried to get it 2 days early for my delivery because it was coming sooner than expected, so I went by Uhaul and the rep told me I couldn’t do it I hade to come on the day I made the reservations for and that caused my driver to have to wait 45 for me to go inside and get the storage unit. More training for the customer satisfaction. But the manager that registered was very nice and helpful

I knew it was getting close to closing time on a Sunday, I unloaded 3 carts of clothes and the last cart had my hope chest. When I came back down, Nathon and another employee had put the hope chest on the cart and put a blanket over it and actually brought it into the building for me. Please let him know how much I appreciated his kindness and for making me feel like a valued customer. I really needed that extra help. I will highly recommend U-Haul to anyone needing to move.
