They got us checked in and told us where our Unit was and even gave me a number for a Moving Company that came and helped us unload that night.

From the inital phone call.went ahead and reserved the unit taking the call receptionist word for it.finally arrived at the facility only to learn my name was in the system totally wrong of which was difficult to find my reservation.next thing I was told this wasn't a private unit and was a shared enclosed unit.despert as I was I chocked it up and rented it anyway next day I called and told themi was bringing the 1st unit to store only to learn they only allow one unit after I was told otherwise,I immediately asked for a refund this had to be the biggest waste of time not to mention the fuel burned to make the 2 trips there. I wouldn't refer anyone to this facility even if it was a free service the way I see it if you don't know the job of which your employed their is no way possible I would trust safe keeping of my belongings. Horrible experience!!!! From start to refund

She told us exactly where to park the truck where our storage unit was and that the place was monitored 24 seven in case we were scared of you know Vangelis or whatever and she also recommended moving gentleman to come and help us and out of when I called them to see if they could come that evening and they did it took two hours almost 3 hours to unload all of our belongings into This storage container and these guys know how to move you and pack you into a container storage unit what have you they were very professional and courteous and was a great big help for just me and my husband absolute 1000% better than back home in Virginia

Rodney f | First ImpressionsOur boat cover was full of black stuff, and there was all kinds of leaves inside the boat when it was fully detailed and they charged us $1000 to detail it and it went right into storage as soon as it was done and the boat was filthy dirty and the cover whatever is on top of the roof. I picked up the boat yesterday with my elements and my medical cancer situation and not one person offered to help whatsoever. The block was missing on the front wheel that raises it up onto the hitch. It was pretty difficult and took quite a bit of time to do and then when I went in the office to turn in the remote and the card, the lady was not friendly at all whatsoever. She had blonde hair. I’m really getting tired of U-Haul having rude and disrespectful people that work for them but yet they charge the prices that they do. This is exactly why we’re not doing business with you anymore. That’s why we took our boat out of there. You guys are the worst ever to deal with For the world
