Equipment had ashtray full of cigarette butts. The cleaning consisted of 3 sec spraying and a superficial wipe of the steering wheel. Steering was bad (it would take a lot of steering wheel movement to keep the truck straight on the road)

It appears that the you haul representative submitted the wrong truck to me. And now I was over charged for mileage. I did not go 91 miles and they charged me for 91 miles but they did not even have the correct truck right. Very disappointed.

The staff couldn't be bothered to ensure that I knew how to properly use the equipment until I struggled in the parking lot for easily half an hour. The manager also talked to me like I'm stupid at pickup and took entirely too long to finish the paperwork since I was the only customer in the store.

Expain the drop off procedures before leaving. I didn’t realize I could drop off after hours with my phone until I have locked truck and put everything in drop box. Then I couldn’t take the photos and download to app. It wanted me to only take “live” photos while in the truck. Also. How was mileage allowance determined?? I was charged and extra 10.1 miles just for going from loading location to my unloading location then to drop off location???

Uhaul needs to provide a better customer experience by investing in a better computer system. To rent a simple truck for two hours took me about 20 minutes to go through all of the paperwork and payment process. That is crazy. I experienced this at two different locations this past Saturday. I look for top-shelf customer service everywhere I go. One of the things that are most important to me is the ability to get in and get out of a place like Uhaul and get on my way as fast as possible. Even with a reservation, people were having to wait long amounts of time due to a substandard reservation system. There are too many options for rental trucks that people will turn to if this isn't fixed.

Invoice and quote needs to include the taxes. Threat of Pick up date should not be delayed . Ubox was not deliverable to home location. Better way to contact and speak to someone who actually knows what's going on instead of being told to hold and then have another person pick up the line that you need to explain the situation to again. 4 times in a row is far too much.

Charged for 2 items, pads and dolly, that I didn't use. I did not notice that the green tabs were missing when I picked it up.
