There were two associates working inside of the store. No one walked me out. The associate told me to go find the van, and that it was in the front but he didn't know which one it was. There was no walk around done with me. There was no instruction on the use of the van. Even though I knew what to do what if I were someone who didn't knw what to do. There was another lady there the same time was there whose gas was not what the contract said it should be and she had to go all the way back down to the store and get them to fix her contract. If the staff would walk customers out and help them find the vehicle they would have known right then that it was not correct and the customer would not have had to brig it to their attention. They had me to sign that I had looked at the vehicle while in the store and I had not even seen the vehicle yet and I did not feel good about that.

The express check in is very flawed. I made 3 different reservations, which were fine. However, I was charged for one that I cancelled after I was informed my pre-paid card could not be used. It seems that it may be a hold is what I was told. I don't know why because, if it couldn't be used, there should be no charge or a hold. I'll be in touch if it's not a hold.

My husband and I had a hard time finding the keys after we were told they were in the van. When I called the number on the ticket to try and connect to the retailer the operator said she had no evidence seeing were we even rented the truck even though we reserved it online 5 days prior. It was very stressful and I feel like I was charged for time we didn't get to use for the moving van and the retailer did not help load the dolly and was a smart aleck when I asked were keys were. This experience was way to stressful. I will just pay a moving company next time.

Sal O'Neil and his team run a very efficient and clean U-Haul facility. I 1st rented warehouse space for my business and expressed I may need a van from time to time and Sal told me about corporate accounts and that would save me money. Facility is very clean, easy to access, a secure. I feel safe while I am at my warehouse. I will definitely recommend U-Haul, Sal O'Neil to all my friends that just need a little more storage space or a vehicle to transport stuff.

I selected a certain location, for a 12 he period of us for a trailer. With the same drop off location. Your website allowed me to select this location based on available trailers. However, your customer service center, selected a location for me....it was over an hour away from where I needed the trailer!! I am very dissatisfied with how this issue was handled. Especially since there was an available trailer matching my selection, only 20 minutes from where I needed it!!!!

I was pleased I was able to walk into the store and rent a truck that I needed. In july of 2016, I had reserved a truck a week ahead of time and I got a call the morning of moving day that there was no trucks available within 30 miles or more. That put a bad taste in my mouth, but this time made up for it.

I had to go to three separate locations to get my reserved tow dolly. I reserved the equipment in advance and never received notification on what location the pick up was at. On top of that an extra day rental is supposed to be $20 I was charged $35. As far as I am concerned I should get a partial refund. The girl at the pick up was great but everything else about my uhaul experience was miserable.

I was billed for 139 miles when I only used a total of 15.1 miles. Our move was local and their was obviously an error in the truck mileage read for our billing. Getting this resolved has been very difficult and still is not resolved.

I wanted to check in after hours using your website, unbeknownst to me, I needed to take pictures of the back to confirm cleanliness and the odometer to confirm mileage but I already dropped the keys and was not able to check out the vehicle without photographs.
