I was very appreciative of how Heather helped me when I had to upgrade my unit size after I realized that the 5x5 unit was too small to accommodate my items. Great work! However, I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay an additional $10.00 a month to use the facility after regular business hours. This was not told to me when I reserved the unit via the 1-800 number. Otherwise, I would have shopped around for other facilities that didn’t require the additional money. I feel that this additional charge does not help those who have a very tight budget like myself!!! I appreciate the facility’s location, its cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) and the security to enter the building.

Also my return time was after close so I was offered a free 24hour access to move my belongings in. Got there 2 minutes before closing g and was denied access? Called immediately and was told they didn't know anything about it. WOW seriously bad business.
