This is an impressive location. It is very large with indoor And outdoor storage. Every time I've been there is always just one person working. They are doing all they can but just can't keep up with the amount of customers. There is usually several people waiting' and I've always had to wait for service sometimes 20 minutes or more. The service is usually very good just a long wait. They really could use some help.

The entrance to the office was not very clear; and check out seemed to take awhile. Problem the dolly they brought up first was not in the system, etc. However, staff was very nice.

The employee that helped us, I think his name is Chris Garrett, was amazing. This is the 4th time we have used this location in 3 months. He was by far the best attendant. I hope he gets recognized by his supervisor. He was very professional!!!!!

Unfortunately my 8:30 pick up time wound up being closer to 11. The manager who came back from Anderson to open the store did a fantastic job of keeping his cool and helping everyone who had been waiting since 7.

I had an appointment for 9:00. The manager didn't show up until 9:20. The door was open so we let ourselves in to an empty building. I had workers I was paying, so this was a problem. He was in no rush to help. He didn't sanitize the key pad, stylus, or wear a mask. The inner gasket on the door of the truck fell off. He said not to worry, it happened all the time. The truck was filthy. I have pictures if you would like. I have rented trucks from you for the past year and this was by far my worst experience ever. will NEVER use this U-Haul location again.

I attempted to return the truck on line and was u able to do so. I was forced to drive 4 miles back to my home and 4 miles back to the store the next day. Each mile I was charged money for. It is ridiculous that I was charged money for Uhaul's error. When I arrived the next day the man working told me that he could not help me with my issue. I would need a manager to help me. I asked for the manager and he informed me that they don't work on Sunday's. In the end I found the whole experience frustrating and only about $15 cheaper than the competitors. Next time I will pay the $15 for better customer service.

I was redirected to this location due to the fact my original pickup location was closed even though it was advertised as being open. Very disappointed in my time lost waiting for some one to come who clearly never had any intention of showing up that day. I was not the only customer effected by this neglect to provide services as advertised. Multiple calls went straight to voicemail with no return message. The Young man at the 254 By-Pass 72 NW was simply outstanding in the service he provided.

The link sent from UHaul for return did NOT send me to the right place. I ended up in Abbeville, 18 miles from the actual location, which was only 2 miles from my destination. Please click on your links and verify that they are working in Google maps.

Picking up the vehicle was a little of a hassle, had to swipe my card for to five times because it wouldn't charge the card, Lady wasn't very helpful either. However, upon return the lady that I dropped the vehicle back off to was wonderful and did an amazing job.

This was the worst experience of my life and I am not impressed with the shoddy service from Bristol, PA uhaul and their inept staff. I had to pick up my own ubox containers after OVER A MONTH OF HAVING MY MOVE SCHEDULED! And they had the audacity to email me the information 30 min prior to closing the NIGHT BEFORE delivery was to take place. What a horrible experience. I will be contacting corporate over this entire debacle and the useless help that was given.....

The staff is very unprofessional and needs help. It was so busy and the lady was all by herself. A line of people and calls on hold probably not even answer because she was so busy! My U-Haul was perfect but there is obviously a shortage of staff which could use some attending too

I had ordered and paid for dust covers for my furniture that was going into storage. I opted to pick them up at the store instead of having them shipped to me. Not only was this order not ready when I got there but I was charged for the furniture covers that I picked out to replace them.

Hire more subcontractors that seem to be mindful of the people they hire to be customer be customer facing as in the case of U-Haul Moving & Storage of Greenwood. Service with a smile and ask if there was anything he could do better next time. World of difference

the customer service was very poor I was told I could get one trailer I was charged for the trailer the trailer was not fit for the road so I was told I would be swapped the trailer in its stead then I was charged another price for the other trailer that I was given in stead of the original trailer then I couldn't get my money back I was told one charge wouldn't be posted to my account and it was this store is a terrible store store number 78307 7 attendant Brianna Harvey is a terrible attendant she's currently inside attending to a child I don't know what kind of business you're running but this is not good business the wait time was terrible that is not good business me not being able to get a cash refund after my account was double-charged and put into a overdraft is not good business Jennifer young the Central general general manager is trying to tell me that I the customer I'm not right with wanting a cash refund I don't know what's going on at U-Haul but I'm very disappointed and I will have to report this to my lawyer and the better Business bureau

All I had to do was get in touch with "Jen" and explain my situation. None of the other truck rentals could/would help me. I rented 3 different pieces in 2 days without the first problem. As long as Jen is there helping customers, you can't improve your service. Thanks U-Haul, special thanks to Jen.

The employee named Cameron is one of the most unhelpful workers I've ever experienced in my life. Apparently, he is moving soon and couldn't care less about his job. In my opinion, he should have been fired as soon as he started acting that way. The store manager, Jenn, needs lots more good help. She seems to be the only person who knows what's going on. She was super helpful, as well as the guy overseeing construction at this location (I can't remember his name). But overall, the U-Box experience is so new to the Greenwood location that not even Jenn had a full picture as to how things work with U-Boxes. U-Haul needs to give Jenn about 4-6 workers at any given time for this location. There should also be more than one single U-Box trailer here and more than just the store manager and the construction supervisor who knows how to drive a forklift to be able to assist with U-Box rentals. The idea for U-Boxes is amazing, but the execution at this store where it's newly-implemented left a lot to be desired. If the store manager can find good workers and train them to have similar customer service skills as herself, this store will thrive. Otherwise, this will be just another U-Haul location with terrible reviews on Google.

Long wait (40 minutes) to start pick up process for a trailer after completing on line order and payment. It was 9:00am on Monday 7/13. Only one attendant attending to 6-7 customers while I was there as third person in line. To be clear the lady doing everything couldn't have handled the situation better. She was VERY pleasant and apologetic for the situation we were all in at the moment. She should be recognized by your management team in some way. The logistics seemed off as the equipment being picked up is 80 yards from the counter which is not ideal for one person to manage both registration and hook up. Best case is 20 minutes per customer if all goes well. Times 6 people and the last person waits Approx 2 hrs? Doesn't make sense. Overall a clean and nice facility. I hope your management takes actions to address constructive comments And supports their employees who make a difference when customers grow impatient. Again, she was great.

I personally called the main Uhaul hub in Greenwood,SC several days in advance & spoke with a great customer rep. When I gave him MY credit card to reserve the truck; I was under the impression it would be charged to my credit card. My father helped by going to pick up & drive the truck. When he came for the pick up, the service rep there told him "we do not have a form of payment on file." Totally contrary to what I was told. This caused a great deal of confusion & my dad HAD to use his card. Help make the reservation & pick up on the same card already given.
