They helped me to position the truck for unload on my request. Whatever I asked them to do - they did. They were very helpful.

They even helped me pull the truck in and position it at the storage building properly, and where super nice, they even got some guys to help me lift a stove out. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The first U-Haul site the app sent us to did not have storage. The second did not have human beings or even a phone number. The central dispatching number for U-Haul was very frustrating too (I am 70 years old, and had driven twelve hours the day before pulling a trailer travelling through a window of time between snowstorms. Stressed and strained.) Bravo to U-Haul and the fine staff at your facility.

The air compressor did not work we checked the serial number and our directions and cate book that came with and the serial number did not match
