Make sure all your maintenance is done one your moving truck. My didn't have any washer fluid. The hand cart was a piece of junk. Like the wheels needed to be replaced and strap was short and didn't work properly. I drove the truck six miles total and had to put three gallons of gas in the vehicle to bring to said level. Not a happy camper. Probably won't use U-Haul again. Very dissatisfied with customer service. The person was more interested in helping his fellow employee who was helping a customer. Instead of waiting on me directly. On a scale between 1-10 I rate you at a three...maybe...

I dropped a auto transport and truck off a day earlier to this location which I was told was fine from the company in Alabama where I piked it up at..When I dropped it off they said that was fine and took both pieces of equipment..the following day they charged my C.C. FOR DROPPING THE AUTO TRANSPORT OFF AT THE WRONG LOCATION!! I think that was ridiculous when all they had to say the day I dropped it off was to take it to another location instead of sying that it was fine to leave it there and then proceed to charge my C.C...I will not be using U-haul in the future and will not reccomend this location to any one who asks for advice or suggestions...the staff aparently is not very knowledgeable or just wanted to pocket the extra money from me...

Everything was very good. Great customer service and good pricing. Would be nice to give weekend warriors a break on the per mile price. Why are truck rentals not like car rentals?..you pay 25.00 or more per day with free mileage.

They showed truck as having 1/8 tank, but it was below red. They gave me $10.50 to bring back at a 1/4. That assumes tank is 32 gallons but we put 42 gallons in initially and it was still not full so they shortchanged me here. After arguing with me, and after I offered to show picture of starting mileage and gas guage, they eventually gave another 1/8 "credit" when I returned but still not sufficient as their "credit" was less than required to cover 1/4 tank I was required to have on return. Truck had unattached tie rail inside. Not trash in bed but did not appear to be swept. Cab ok but not clean. Was supposed to have quick checkin as completed online. Had to do everything at location same as usual. Reservation system would not let me reserve with earlier than 9:00 am pickup. I looked for hours and online showed 9 am opening. They actually open at 7:00 am. Have used this location a number of times with no problem. I wonder if new management.

U-Haul person went out to put the appliance dolly in my trailer during the rental. I am disabled with trouble walking so I trusted that was done. No dolly when I opened the door and I had to return to the store, even though I was told he was going out to do that. That evening, my son loaded the trailer and checked the lights. Once side did not work. No brake lights, no blinkers. This was checked by the same U-Haul person prior to me leaving the first time and I was told all lights were working. Although the issue could have happened in the smooth & uneventful 3 mile trip home, it feels like the U-Haul person did not have my interest in mind. I also reserved pads for my move and they did not have any. I made the reservation 2 weeks ahead of time. 2 people in front of me had to go without pads also. Good management would insure upcoming orders can be properly filled.

I had a reservation but young man went through the process all over again. Also, I was quoted a different rate. I would not recommend this location. There was a young man who was new that was very polite and friendly. He’s a keeper but Jared could leave a little more about customer service.

The only small thing was the truck was rented to me with the agreement that I would return it 7/8 full. As i drove away I noticed that the fuel was slightly under 7/8. I put enough fuel in it for it tpo show 7/8 plus. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks.

I reserved multiple pieces of equipment ahead of time but the majority of them were not available upon pick up. I had to waste time and money going to a Home Depot and purchase the necessary moving equipment myself. What is the point of the reservation, if the equipment is not even reserved!?!? This was EXTREMELY frustrating and disappointing to find out the morning of my moving day that the requested equipment was not available.

Everything was fine as as I had expected based on the information provided when I made my reservation a few days in advance. The only suggestion I would make is to increase he number of agents on-duty in the morning when customers are picking-up equipment. I arrived 20 minutes early and left 10-15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up tome because there was a que of people wanting to pick-up equipment without reservations, which takes more time, and only one agent was there to handle this. Three or four employees were there late in the afternoon and drop-off/final payment occurred very quickly.

I asked the store rep to make sure the hand truck was inside the u-haul truck cap. He assured me that it was. Upon driving to the location to load, I opened the truck and there was no hand truck. I then had to call the location. However, they were too busy to answer the phone. The call rolled over to u-haul's call center. The representative took my information an promised that someone from the store woul return my call. I never received a call. I then sent one of the movers back to the Uhaul center to pick up the hand truck. He had to wait in line. My move for delayed a hour, and I have to pay the movers for an additional hour. Only because the U-haul representative did not take the time to make sure the hand truck was in the truck. Even after I ask her to make sure that it was there. I request compensation for my having to pay the movers an additional $90 because of U-haul's inefficiency.

They do not answer phones. This place was so much further than I expected. When I went to return the van, I was over mileage because it was so far away. 14 miles over. The distance from the uhaul storage to my house was far enough. Does uhaul do this stuff on purpose?

The price I paid was not the price I was quoted by customer service over the phone. I wasn't told that a Dollie had to be ordered. This should be part of the rental truck. I arrived to the location to start moving and realized I didn't have equipment to move. I was very frustrated by all of this. Procedure and protocols should be explained much better

I asked your employee when I rented a Van if it would be large enough to move two Queen Size mattresses and box springs and was told yes. Well, it was not large enough and I had to make several moves instead of one. Your employees should know this information so they can properly inform customers. Had I know it would not accommodate two Queen size mattresses and box spring, I would have rented a 10 foot truck instead.
