We stood at the counter waiting for the employees to finish their personal conversation before acknowledging us. Once we were ready to leave, my husband could barely drive the truck to the exit because all of the employees were working on a personal vehicle with all 4 doors open making the area very tight. I asked them to shut the car doors so he could get out. Very rude, slow, and acted like I was inconveniencing THEM.

The young man who disconnected the trailer was especially helpful and professional. He is to be commended for representing the U-Haul firm in such a fine way! The facility seems to need more space, which is a "good problem." They are doing an excellent job of keeping all the vehicles clean and orderly.

I had a reservation for a pick up truck and utility dolly. When i got there they didnt have the dolly so they sent me across town . By the time i got there, that locstiom didnt have one i reserved either. Those employees during pick up was as helpful as they can be and i really appreciate their work . However, when i go to drop off the pick up. The employee girlfriend had a nerve to tell me they are closed and i just need to come back . Due to it being 2 min before closing . Yet she not an employee. Then your employee was super rude as of i was keeping him from something else. I was so glad to leave and will not be returning to that location due to that . However please remember the employee you had during the morning shift were oh so helpful amd respectful

tire had a gash in it but did not notice till we stopped and saw it. I was provided an email to verify, went to Roper Mtn Rd and was met by the most hateful and rude CSR. She was yelling at a customer on the phone, then she started on me.. Said i needed proof that my reservation was for Roper Mtn Rd... I had proof bc I brought the print off of reservation with me plus I had spoken with a CSR on 800 # earlier that day to confirm since I left my cell phone at home all day and could not get it. The CSR was rude and I finally told her she was. She said I was rude to her. There was no way because when I walked up to her at first i said I had a recommedation instead of a reservation bc she had concerned. It went down hill from there with her. I finally got so mad that I walked out after telling her how rude she was. Got to Wade Hampton and they got my reservation wrong... but the CSR was nice and got it fixed for me. Not happy with UHaul and seriously I will never rent from the Roper Mtn UHaul location. I would give that location an F- on Customer Service.

Maybe have more than one person running the front desk in the morning. That's when everyone is coming to pick up their rentals, right? You don't need double coverage all day, just the peak hour or two.

Not sure what broke down. Booked a vehicle about 24 hrs in advance. When I went to self-checkout, everything fell apart. Spent over 1.5 hrs waiting/working on getting the vehicle. Vehicle we booked had our name on it, but the vehicle was "unavailable" when trying to checkout. Arrived 5-10 min early for pick up, and online and app checkout did not work. The general manager finally got the vehicle contract finalized and did not offer a discount for the maaaassive inconvenience.

When AC was turned on tons of dog hair blew out. Not something the tech would normally notice during cleanup. Cab was spotless so kind of a surprise when it came out. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I waited in line when I reserved the U-Haul truck, when I picked it up, and when I turned it in. And every time the customer rep made me feel like I was burdening them. I won't be back.
