Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe only thing that I found negative is my price increases. Went from 120-185 in four years
John M | Experiencia generalI had some trouble opening the door to my rental space. I asked for help to an employee and he immediately walked with me and showed me what I hadn't followed thru with, so he finished all of the steps. I had no problems after that. ............ The manager would finish what she was doing with a customer on the phone, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. ............. I've told all my friends in Gadsden how helpful everyone there had been to me. They were ALL impressed!
Nancy A | Experiencia generalKimberly has just been there ultimately from the day of move in till the day I left. She’s sick a pleasant soul and genuine. I hate fake people. She lays it all down with professionalism and it works. Thanks again we got another storage in Texas San Antonio, but it’s very informal. It’s under my partners name. Kenitra. We thank you for all you did for us.
Jenelle N | Experiencia generalKimberly was awesome.
Jaylynn W | Experiencia generalFrom start to finish I’d say it was a great experience! Staring with Tasha I believe at the pick up location. Just amazing customer service and professionalism. When I arrived at the storage locker it was too small and had to wait until the following day, but it was worth the wait because I was helped by Kimberly. She was so knowledgeable, helped adjust my storage to fit my needs. Informed me on best ways to pack and to be able to unload. Saving me all the trouble of figuring it out. To be honest she has so much going on. I was elated to see how she was able handle so many moving parts flawlessly. If she’s not a manager she should be and if she is. She needs a promotion because this type of service should be streamlined. Kimberly and Tasha thank you so much!!!
Jenelle N | Experiencia generalKimberly and her staff are amazing!! Very helpful and friendly!!! Will definitely use them again.
TABITHA R | Experiencia generalUhaul representative Briana helped us get equipment returned and new storage set up. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I would use this location again for my Uhaul needs.
