Ajanta G | Overall ExperienceTruck has a pull in it when you put on gas worse truck ever just like the storage... was promised things that did not happen like a new door that nearly took off my nephew head 6 months of putting in a order really? Lost card for automatic withdraw but paid on due date never late.. come a week before next payment and a red lock on it...I'm still angry !!!
LECRESHA H | Overall ExperienceI was told the unit was free for the first month, but at check in, I was charged for the month. I informed the associate that I was Told there was no charge for the first month since I was moving from out of state. She replied that only applies to truck rentals. I had an enclosed trailer. That is not what I was told at the time the reservation was made. Also,I was informed that I had to pay in cash since “ there system was down” so no receipt provided.

She is very proud of her job and she takes pride in in her customers she is very helpful and the the facility is very clean and organized if I had the chance to to work under her I would. If yall are hiring at this location I would love to work with her.
