The loading and unloading ramp at the facilities that was very close to the storage spaces in the back is closed and now is kind of tough to take stuff in and out using the front door. Can they open that ramp again??

Tony D | First ImpressionsI submitted a move out request for my unit almost two weeks ago and nobody has closed it out. I’ve called the facility 7 times and nobody answers and the centralized number can’t do anything about it. Meanwhile I’m getting rent increase notices still. This is crazy.

David N | Overall ExperienceFacility was nice; sucks that I couldn’t get the free month…only stayed for a week, would be nice to have been able to get a weekly rate; I’m sure the space will be re-rented before the end of the month. Staff was extremely professional and helpful, made a bad day of rushed moving a pleasant experience ; they’re the only reason I didn’t dispute the charge with my credit company :)

MANUEL B | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit got robbed there and apparently I was paying for cameras but once the police officer came to do the report there was no cameras to be found. My lock was apparently broken into and uhaul put a new lock but never notified me that they put a new lock which made me question of the robbery was a inside job. U-Haul in Fontana needs to do better and notify the customer if they change the locks for the customers. They also lied and said they never had any robberies but the day the police came there was ppl inside the office waiting to report their stuff stolen as well.

I wish there were some kind of prorated system for payment that has only used less than a certain number of days on storage payment or the use of a truck for move out in exchange. For unsef days . THIS FACILITY HAS AN EXCELLENT STAFF I HAD NO PROBLEMS THAT I UNDERSTAND AND RECOGNIZE UNDERSTAFFING! They are in perfect location but really need more staff. Overall my experience was still Above average

Rosie M | Overall ExperienceOverall I was pretty satisfied with the storage. The facility itself was good and my unit was never a problem. The issue I had was feeling comfortable or safe due to the people living inside certain units. I realized there wasn’t just a homeless problem around the building, but that there were a few actually living inside storage units. Because of this, I was worried my unit may be broken into, but it wasn’t. I NEVER allowed my wife or daughter go to the unit alone because of these people living inside units and having full access to be around at all times.
