The staff were amazing very friendly helpful and even helped me save some money In my pockets. The facility it's self is veryyyy ROACH INFESTED and as soon as I can I will be moving storage units. There is no elevators the second floor had two flights of stairs and it curves which made carrying appliances up EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and FUSTRATING and on top of that my storage was SUPPPPPERRRR FARRRR!!!!!!!!!!!

JOHN R | First ImpressionsI received an email from: noreply@uhaul.com at 11:41am that stated information about my recently purchased U-Haul storage container. It clearly stated that the storage access hours are as follows: “Mon-Sun: 5 am–10 pm”. I have attached this information as a screenshot on this comment. After being granted entry into the building and finishing my current trip of unloading my belongings, I was startled by a very loud voice inquiring about my whereabouts and stated I was not supposed to be in the building. I informed the large gentleman that I received an email that stated I was allowed to access the building and unit. He aggressively said, “The business hours are until 7pm”. I mentioned to the gentleman that there is no way of me knowing this information due to the email stating a different time frame of business hours and the security alarm system station granting me access to the building. I also received a statement that mentioned my free lock would be inside of the unit. It was not in or around the storage container. I mentioned to the gentleman that there was no included lock in the unit as stated from what was informed to me. He went to grab one from downstairs. When I asked for his name he stated it was “David Gomez”, the store manager. I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the fact that I am new customer and I paid rent for a unit at this location. I will also be sending this complaint to the regional manager and the cooperate office location.
