Carlyn S. | Overall ExperienceWe went & cleaned out our storage unit on Thanksgiving night to keep from having to pay for a month. I didn’t know I was supposed to call someone and tell him it was cleaned out. I talked to the manager the next day and she said that the housekeeper had let her know that morning that it was cleaned out. But we still got charged for a month. She said that it was electronically done at midnight but it showed on my invoice and receipt that it was done at 10:50 AM on Friday 11–20 4–23. I am not happy about this at all because I am having a rough time like a lot of other people are right now. So I will not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks.

Carol W. | First ImpressionsThe online sign up process was a bit confusing because I wanted to sign my husband up to have access to the unit, but it would not allow me to put the same address as mine. I wound up not adding him because of this, then when he went to the unit, he was not allowed access. It was a difficult ordeal! The attendant there said to add his name, but put a slightly different address, like add a .5 to our address. THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!! Members of the same household should be able to have access to storage unit using same home address.
