The only issue I had was closing out my storage unit they charged me for an additional month. I closed it in person on feb. 22nd and was told I would get an email notification of the closed account. Instead on feb. 24th I got charged for the next month. I notified the office and they said it will be refunded but it has not shown up as a credit on my credit card account yet. I will be calling again next week if I don't see the charge taken off.
