The manager is SO friendly and efficient. She is an asset to your company. Great service, very efficient. Also the place is clean - even the bathroom! Tremendous place
Kevin C. | First ImpressionsThe staff on the day I moved in: The gent helping me was new and having difficulty (he was vey polite and did his best). When he asked for help the other guy (who ignored me from the time I walked in) was beyond rude and useless!! Fast forward to paying storage fee, I was unable to pay online, showed $0.00 due. I live 1hr away so when I went to unit to retrieve things and pay my bill the same young man who helped day 1 tried to help, still unsure of the computer aspect of things called for the manager for assistance. She was very unpleasant to say the least! She did however wave the late fee while scolding me for being late. It was at that point I knew I would be moving out!!!! The lighting is HORRIBLE!!! I understand having motion lights in place. You don't wanna pay electric or lights to be on 24 seven if people are not utilizing them however I should not have had to walk almost to the complete opposite end of the hallway to activate the motion lights so I could see to get into my unit, I also should not have had total darkness while in my unit because the motion lights went out. Lights should be activated during the login process. When you enter your access code, whether it be by swiping a card or punching in your number on the keypad it should automatically Turn the lights on in the sector and what your unit is in and they should stay on until you punch out with your code Although, for the most part, the facility was clean it was noted that not all floors were swept on a daily basis. I didn't realize that I lost some thing off of a piece of furniture to eat prior to finding yet on the floor outside of my unit which indicates that the floors had not been swept.

Brady M. | Online Move InThe gentleman that we had spoke to was fantastic and was able to help us out with the storage unit by giving us a month free for our first time the place is very clean and organized and the security system is perfect I feel safe knowing that my items in the storage unit is safe and secure me and my wife will give it a 10 all around also was happy to see that they gave us a lot for free when you rent out a storage and the lock is very sturdy

jacqueline p. | First ImpressionsThe "manager" was beyond rude! He never acknowledged I was in the store. When another associate was assisting me and had questions, this man was very short and gruff with his answers. I was trying to upgrade my storage unit and the gentleman that was helping me is a new employee who is having difficulty navigating the system which is understandable being that he is new and not familiar with the system the responses he was getting, however, were non-acceptable. When I got to the newly assigned unit, there was no lock took 15 minutes for somebody to come into the store room to assist me, and that was after I went outside to flag him down, when I made my initial reservation I did not have to pay upfront for the unit. However, when I changed my reservation to a bigger unit they tried telling me I had to pay $125. Still waiting for the manager to call me to straighten that out two days later my daughter lost a necklace when I called the local store number I was transferred to an operator that was not on premise. I left a message for somebody to please call me back to see if the necklace was lost there. It took 12 hours to get a return phone call , the manager stated that she just received the email this I find very unacceptable the customer service with the storage unit transaction is subpar at best. However, I will say that my experience renting my truck from quest auto in South Corning 14830 was very smooth and an enjoyable process , I would recommend his service, but will not recommend the storage unit
Christine S. | Online Move InNobody knows what they are doing. Still don't have all my info straightened out and now they r trying to charge me for 2 units and I only have one. Cant wait to get my stuff out of there. I will never reccomend or use this storage facility again.
