The facility is an outdoor facility, so some of the questions in the survey do not apply, such as lighting and partly maintenance. The storage units are not insulated, so I would recommend using a tarp or something else to isolate your items from the concrete slab. The unit is tightly closed, so in almost two years there was no visible damage due to vermin. , and overall there was no great damage to my furniture. The two times I had to call the office, I never spoke to a live person, but I always got a reply soon after. I would recommend this facility if you don’t need a climate- controlled storage facility.
