Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff were very kind and helpful! I had a great experience!
ALIVIA H | ReservaciónStaff very friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely run a well organized and safe storage...no surprise after you meet them and do business.
Mike F | Experiencia generalThere where tons of pot holes which thankfully the worst ones have been filled but the one by the code system has yet to be fixed. The lot is very uneven and bumpy it makes driving cars and trailers into it pretty hard. There were a mass amount of spiders and bugs everywhere dead and alive, there is no lighting at night it’s pitch black. i hate that all of our things were drenched in dirt but that was to be expected. other than that these are great people to work with and who will work with you, great staff, good people, helpful and patient!
AMBER H | Experiencia generalI like the climate control storages, if need be. I’ll definitely call on Country club storage! Have a nice day
NATHANIEL C | Experiencia generalFast and easy very helpful at the quick help when needed tyshay
Andrea B | Experiencia generalWhat irritates me the most, is the fact that I checked out on Wednesday, August 28th, went in the office and did the paperwork and they have called me no less than three times and now the latest in email said I checked out September 2nd!. are you trying to not have to pay the deposit back? AND it came in at 11:28 PM! that’s ridiculous!
Randi G | Experiencia generalIs clend and safety
SILVIA D | Experiencia generalStaff was so very helpful and nice. I would for sure recommend to my family for your storage. Thank you for such a a nice experience.
Debbie A | Experiencia generalYou are closed over the weekend. I need to unload my uhauls as soon as possible
MARK H | Reservaciónits a scam they draw you in you in with !$ price tag then charge you sky high when claim a reservation try at your own risk they are as shady as everyone else in this world
Arthur P | ReservaciónEverything went as planned Clean environment. Friendly employees.
Julie C | ReservaciónLisa was so nice and helpful.
TESSA J | Experiencia generalMy husband and I rented a small unit. Shortly after, my husband was detained from working due to complications from a surgery. Country Club Storage worked with us for a year when we were able to pay off the balance due. They were always so nice and so willing to help. I now live 30 minutes away from El Reno, but if I ever need a storage unit, I'll not blink an eye about renting from them again. Thank y'all again for working with us, we appreciate you so very much! And Lisa, I'll miss hearing your voice each week!
Ronald C | Experiencia generalI’ve rented a unit and couple of times and I will use it in the future if ever needed. I would highly recommend.
