Timothy J | Experiencia generalThank you
Jerry M | Experiencia generalIf there us a way to protate and refund customers that does not use their whole month of storage, it will be even more awesome!
Agatha E | Experiencia generalBeen here several years and changed units. Truly convenient, to be able to reach my items at any time, and feeling safe. Absolute pleasure to work with the staff. There are no better. Highly recommend this business
PETRA B | Experiencia generalThis place is awesome. Secure and no issues at all. My brother has his motorhome in there now and I would 10 out of 10 recommend to friends and family.
Erica R | Experiencia general7/3/25 I have been a customer of City Storage for many many years until recent when I finally moved into a permanent place to live. I have appreciated the great customer service I received through the years and if at any time I need City Storage to accomodate my storage needs again I will call them. Thank you so very much
patricia v | Experiencia generalThey prorate moving in but only prorate moving out if it’s in the first week of the month! No other storage in the area does that! So they double dip for sure! Will not be back!
Jason J | Experiencia generalProfessional staff. My fourth time at the facility.. will use again
David G | Experiencia generalthe best in el paso
Wenshell H | Experiencia generalNever had an issue, staff was always very courteous and friendly. Will rent again from them if needed
Barbara M | Experiencia generalNice, helpful young man at the front desk.
MATT M | Experiencia generalVery good facility 24 hour access. Being in the military your Limited to certain personnel items. This facility lets you have your own space, privacy and access whenever you want to your personnel items. Price was great until the city tax went up but what can you do.
Kevin B | Experiencia generalGreat staff and service. Quality storage that can withstand the El Paso heat and winds. Easy transition to move in and out and can accommodate u-boxes.
Simplicio B | Experiencia generalExcellent management and facility. Used for 10 months while in Europe, day I came back and got my car, owner called me within 2 hours asking if I had taken my car because my spot was empty. 10/10 would use again and recommend!!
Patrick C | Experiencia generalThe staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist me with any issues, they were always very professional. Overall my experience with them was excellent
Daniel P | Experiencia generalBest storage facility in el paso especially for military
