I was very impressed with DeAndre Johnson's (Patchogue Location) who helped me throughout all my business with Uhaul. From returning the rented truck from the Bronx on August 22 to setting up the storage unit. He was there for me explaining how everything worked (going in and out of the unit). His kindness and support was much appreciated especially after dealing with the loss of my brother. He went out of his way to make everything easy for me. He is the sweetest. I will definitely recommend this UHAUL to my friends.

haitienne p | Primeras impresionesI chose U-Haul bc it was close by but I got a storage unit bc of the excellent service I received from one of the employees, DeAndre, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was having a really bad day and I was super stressed and upset, he informed me about the storage units and the one month free. He basically solved all my troubles from that day. Even informed me of where I could dispose of all my unwanted things. You shld give him a raise!! He is an asset to the company.
shannon d | Primeras impresionesMouse dropping found in unit upon moving out. Dead mouse found in unit. Couch, ottoman, and mattress will require professional cleaning. Site general manager offered only half month rent refund.
Remy R | Experiencia generalOne of the guys the work there are very rude but every one else is very good
Nicole Y | Experiencia generalThank you Sean for all your help. And a big thanks to De Andre for all your help patience while dealing with a rude customer was very professional and helpful as could be couldn’t have chosen a better place thank you all
noah d | Primeras impresionesManager was awesome on time and very friendly
ray s | Primeras impresionesShawn was very accommodating I originally called him from Florida trying to coordinate a move for my daughter in long island he went above and beyond to make it happen I can’t thank him enough
JOSEPH A | Experiencia generalWhen I got the stuff out of my storage had rat s*** all over the place in my boxes and all over my stuff the staff working when I emptied my locker told me to contact U-Haul about it wanted me to pay to get rid of the garbage I know it's hard to get good health these days but man they were so unprofessional
Michael P | Experiencia generalvery pleased with experience there
Frank P | Experiencia generalNo other comments
LINDA K | Experiencia generalWorried about price after the 1 year price lock period expiration. If it is fair and close to current price I can see this as being a permanent solution for storage.
