I had simple questions for him such as “should this trailer be able to fit such item” which I got a response of: “it’s not my job to tell you how to move your stuff”. Then my next question “can you tell me the difference in renting a small van instead of a bigger trailer”… in which I got another obnoxious rude response from Brian: “It’s not my job to tell you what is the best or cheaper option for your move” in which I calmly responded “yes it is”. This location could be number 1 if you guys didn’t hire shmucks like him. So rude and unpleasant to deal with I absolutely won’t be coming back. Also the trailer sucked and opened when I was driving on sunrise and almost lost my stuff.

It was inconvenient and a pain to deal with just to check-in and pick up the vehicle. I needed assistance from the employee on hand, so it really didn’t serve a purpose. Sal LombardoThere was a leak in the roof of the U-Haul. I just moved to a new house with my family and half our stuff is completely water damaged. I’m so disappointed. My mattress, box springs, boxes of clothes all ruined. The ceiling of the U-Haul was caulked from what appears to be previous leaks. Why in the world would this vehicle still be rented to people!! So frustrated and upset to be in my new house and not even have a bed to sleep on anymore.

William LeffertsWhen I walked in the store there was no one in it to help me so I patiently waited for around 20 minites before I decided to walk around outside and look for someone sure enough I found the one person working there attending to a returned vehicle every other storage facility I have been to there was usually 2 people on site. I was looking for a unit close to the front door but was told those where not available until the ones that where much further away where rented out I wound up renting one that was all the way on the other side of the building also I was not allowed to look inside a unit until I rented it which didn’t make sense to me because the first one didn’t go straight in it went to the right which I did not want so had to go back in office and wait for the one person to help other people first then the next unit had a beam in it and I did not want that one either it took me about 1 hour to rent a unit which was ridicules because I was there first thing in the morning but had to do a lot of waiting around which was not why I went ther early. I was also looking to rent a parking spot for my RV but was told I was not able to with no real reason why when the parking lot looked ready to go with only one other trailer parked in it so not happy with my experiance at this NEW facility that’s why I only stayed for 3 weeks until I found a better place for me my belongings and my RV this is why I will not recommend this location to family and friend's.

The automated on-line interface is not working without glitches, hiccups and freezing. It is extremely frustrating for a customer to be forced to function “remote.” The chat took forever and sometimes it was completely not responsive. Overall, the service and people are great. UHaul is the. BEST! Thank you.

I got a random damage that wasn’t even legit, possibly broken BEFORE i got the vehicle or visible or on it when i left…. charged to my card. HE WAITED 24 hours after trying to charge my card to call me about the damages. He was rude and lied about the events to get some kind of damage fee. He then doubles down when i come in person to see what damage was done. He proceeded to lie and point out damages that weren’t there when i left the vehicle.(i have video and pics) There’s also no sign that it was even on the vehicle before i left. It could have been broken before i got it or after i dropped it off and it was raining all weekend. Still no damage was seen on my end. The problem Comes in…..when this person then lies about the transaction and after he attempts to charge the lie on my card, HE THEN calls me to tell me about the damage. Not before. After. He says he dialed the wrong number on Sunday then dialed the right one on Monday. This man at this location is a sketchy weasel. And should be fired or removed for foul play. Disgusting individual and fraud.

NOEL DINHAMYou need to keep better records. The day of the rental, I called 2 hours earlier to reserve a cargo van but when I got there, there was no record of me at all. I wound needing the van for a 2nd day, and called in an hour before it was due back to let them know. They had trouble finding me in the system at first, but then said I was good to go. Later the person I left as back up contact got a message saying the van was over due and your attempts to contact me were in vain and would they pass the message along. I have no record on my phone of your company trying to contact me. Fortunately everything went well. The staff was pleasant and courteous and the return was simple and easy.
