claudia s | ReservaciónThe owner is a very nice and way cool guy! The prices are decent for the size of the units and they are very secure and easy to get to. All the staff was very nice and helpful! Thanks again!
Tina W | Experiencia generalMy trailer was stored here and I foolishly assumed that it was a secure facility but the trailer was broken into and I lost over 8k in items. There was not even a security camera on the row that my trailer was parked in, we had no footage of the incident. At the same time, there was little to no information collected on the person who "rented" a unit in order to get a gate code and come in to steal my items. They came in after hours and called staff to get out after loading up my stuff and were just let out with no questioning.
ALEC E | Experiencia generalMet all of our needs.
Elizabeth V | Experiencia generalFacility is clean and well kept. Great lighting and I never saw a security issue. Staff is wonderful to work with and always tried to fill my requests quickly. The technology worked well yet never slowed me down getting in and out.
David A | Experiencia generalStaff was always awesome and super friendly. Will definitely recommend them to friends.
Travis N | Experiencia generalScott has a great staff and made sure our 3+ years of using 2 storage units was convenient and easy.
DAN D | Experiencia generalthe space was advertised to be 12 feet wide, the space is actually only 10 feet wide, making it difficult to park my fifth wheel trailer.
jonathan k | Experiencia generalIs there a reason why you don't pro rate when you move out in the middle of a month?
BRANDON K | Experiencia generalThe 10:00 curfew is pretty ridiculous as there are cameras and no need for help from staff and no reason it couldn’t be removed
mckenzie s | Experiencia generalHad our trailer there for 3 years, very nice facility with friendly staff.
Robert M | Experiencia generalWe had a great experience! Thank you.
RICK S | Experiencia generalThis was the best experiences we have had with a storage unit facility. If we need one again in the future we will be trying here again.
JORDAN P | Experiencia generalThe man at the desk who assisted me with moving out this weekend was great and super helpful
Alecia S | Experiencia generalI have used Sunset Storage multiple times and have had a good experience every time that I have used them,
ROBERT C | Experiencia generalI felt very secure about my storage and the people were always helpful. In the future you will be my storage facility of choice.
