I never had any security concerns and I had a month in the last three years where my card got stolen. Jeanna on the office was very understanding when I forgot to update their card info. She contacted me when I was past due and I got her new card info and she was able to one time waive the late fee.

Andrew H | Experiencia generalI was asked to move units, which was no problem, and was given a credit which I appreciated. The new unit was not swept out and was filthy. The latch on the door was difficult to use and I asked for help. The on-site employee left me standing and waiting and when I went to find him, he said he couldn't do anything (ignored me) and said I needed to get some "oil." A supervisor happen to come in and had me leave a key to the lock and said they would fix it. I never heard anything back and it wasn't fixed. This was 2 months ago. Fortunately, I no longer need the unit.

Matthew H | ReservaciónThe uhaul website says this storage facility accepts the one month free coupon from uhaul, however, I received a phone call telling me that they did not and it would be $80. It was false advertising.
