Worker was rude and the storage wasn’t clean full of rat turds and really dirty and the worker expect me to clean the mess I didn’t make.

Zina R | Overall ExperienceIt was a great experience kind helpful staff but I do think you have rodent issues for when I took out my clothes and towels from unit I had to wash them for they smelt like pee and some of my white clothes /bedding had pee marks on them ended up throwing them away for couldn’t get the stains out otherwise the unit worked well in my favor of holding my items

FREDERICK S | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit is mouse and roach infested. The storage unit is not pro-rated. The secure motion detected sliding glass doors do not always work. There were no dumpsters on site. You can not leave trash items behind because you are charged, but the facility does not offer dumpsters for trash to be disposed of (not for furniture, just for trash). Having them available will cut down on people leaving trash behind. The storage unit was not temperature controlled either. While all of my issues are with the storage unit itself, I did not have any issues with the staff. Everyone I met were professional, kind, and as helpful as could be.
Christina A | Overall ExperienceJayden went above and beyond. They were short staffed and he was doing everything with no help. As you can imagine I'm sure he was frustrated however he remained focused and friendly, not missing a beat as he took care of one issue after the other. Hats off job well done.
