I was locked in for a specific rate to be accessed and charged after communicating to a representative over the phone when my reservation was made. The next day my experience during check-in and drop off did not reflect what I was told I would be charged. I was not satisfied with that aspect of my experience.

I reserved a 15' truck today to purchase an item i was getting an unbelievable deal on. On my way to the truck after doing the paper work and getting the keys I'm approached by the lot attendant and asked if i left him a tip. I told him that he has not yet done anything for me to give him a tip because I'm just getting there.Upon doing inspection on the truck i noticed on the rear tire there were 2-3" diameter areas of rubber missing. I find the lot attendant and he sends me across the other side of the lot to find the manager. Who the manager is or what she looks like i had no idea. Once finding her she drives a truck across the lot while i continued walking back. She than examined the damage and said they cant rent me the truck. My only other option was a 10' which only had 2 seats. I had myself and 2 others to move the large item. I asked about possibly using a pickup and i was told that i couldn't rent the pickup because i was paying with cash. Finally i ask just to be refunded. They could not figure out how to cancel the order. After 15 minutes i said can i please just have my money and you figure out how to do the rest when I'm gone because i need to find another truck and they did. Needless to say since i couldn't make my appointment i missed out on the item i was purchasing. I feel as if uhaul should have inspected the vehicle and this should have never happened. In lucky that i was smart enough to inspect the vehicle and report it. If not it may have blown out and caused an accident and possibly bodily harm or worse. I also feel that they should have been more accommodating since it was their fault and not mine. I will use another company for now on

PLEASE LIST ME ANONYMOUS DUE TO ME BEING PROTECTED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LAWS. Have multiple staff onsite at all times to wait on customers and get them in and out without having to wait in a long line for over 30 minutes to be waited on. The young man who check in trucks should not have to keep running back & forth to assist with counter back ups when he's already backed up with his own processing of vehicles; he was AWESOME. One more thing being a long-time uhaul customer both local and out of town. There are many like myself who are going through hard times, in my case loosing everything to marital domestic violence. Trying to get a fresh start but not having much or vehicle....please consider to make the Uhaul Vans available for one way out of State moves. People are struggling to survive both financially, physically, & emotionally. I want to relocate back to Arizona where I was happiest and safe; thanks to God's good Grace & my church family who have Blessed me a few things to help me start a new life...the cargo van would be perfect financially, comfortable, and convenient. Uhaul is #1 because of their customers so show them more of how this company appreciate them buy making this small request possible especially for your customers with little means to work with but still want & need a Fresh Start with a huge justure of putting their customers FIRST!!! Blessings A Devoted Customer

Check truck mileage turned over before mile markers showed miles, so I was charged additional milage. The Ford was ok, but the Chevy, was turning over before the actual 1 mile point. The van was not cleaned before I received it but Christina was very apologetic and gave me $10 off for this issue. The customer service I received was excellent. I would rent from this location again.

Everything went well. The customer service was great. My check out was quick. My only suggestion is if there is a problem with the account please state it in the beginning of the transaction not at the end.

I believe that with all of the conveniences you put in your van for comfort, the company should have considered power mirrors. It is cumbersome to be alone and have to keep getting out of truck to adjust mirror, get back in to see if it's where you need it. The drivers side mirror is fine/reachable, but I would also recommend the passenger side not be split as it distorts the view.

If I had a choice between carrying all my belongs 1000 miles or renting a uhaul and driving 10 miles I would walk it first. From the very beginning all I heard were lies and incompetence from the day I booked this 2 weeks in advance to 1 day before rental day and then again on rental day. They had me so mad and upset I had a panic attack. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my 50 years on this earth. I would spend 10 time what uhaul would quote me to go with another company. I will never use or buy anything ever from uhaul. Please I beg you and warn you not to use uhaul, there are to many other companies out there that will give you much better service. You dont want the troubles, headaches, and total crap they will put you through.

getting hit with the $25 for a cleaning fee without being told is crazy. I would have cleaned it better myself. I rent from uhaul all the time and only been charged once for a cleaning fee and it was noticeable this was not. but that is okay because i will not clean out the vans anymore if this is how you are going to do it.

The staff was extremely helpful every step of the way, with good advice, and directions. Service was above excellence. Found my cell phone battery had gone low and the manager allowed me to use his charger.

My car was damaged and broken. The work that was done was done completely haphazardly. A piece of my car was broken off. My entire car had grease prints all over it. Terrible service. The work was done incorrectly and needs to be completely redone. Awful terrible experience.

Tell the next client the truth. I was told that a hold of $100.00 would be out on my card and it would go right back on my card upon returning the truck. A $300.00 hold was placed and I was told afterwards that it takes 3 to 5 business days to go back on my card. People at this location don't know what they are talking about. I will never rent from uhaul again. Very disappointed!!

The location and staff were great. Your customer service center could use A LOT of work. I was charged for a rental that I didn't even make back in 2017. I had no idea there was an outstanding charge when I went into the location and there was a flag on my account. It would have been very helpful to know beforehand that there was an issue. It was really inconvenient and I will never rent from u-haul again because of it.

My overall experience at this location was awesome. Walked in 9 am got the truck by 9:15 out the door it went. Perfect size truck fit everything way to go. Returned the truck same day walked in gave the keys the very nice employee she checked out the truck printed receipt gave us are cash refund no problem and out the door I went. Left my storage door keys in the truck called u-haul next morning the very nice employee from the day before said come down and look in the truck for keys I went down looked in the truck found my keys no problem. So my overall experience of the u-haul location is great 5STARS.

Ensure that the vehicle is actually going to be at the location on time or else notify the customer that it is not. Also, provide an alternate location if it will not be at the original location. Make your error codes more specific and save progress during the check out and check in processes for ride share 24/7.

Pick up went fantastic. Girl at the drop off wasn't pleasant or friendly. She wasn't at the counter when I arrived and we waited between 5-10 minutes for her along with several other customers. She seemed annoyed that I went inside to hand off the keys and told me just to leave the keys and she would "check it in when she had time".

Was driving down the road when someone stopped me and said back door open so pulled over and looked it was it had blankets in there looked liked someone was sleeping in it and a bottle next to it with pee in it . Then every time I hit the brakes the front turn signals would get bright like the flashers was on . I returned it that night . They were closed went next morning the sign said open and a guy was in there and doors were locked . Knocked serval times and he just acted like I wasn't there . I rent from uhaul all the time and this was the worst should have been refunded my payment but wasn't .
