Carol W | Overall ExperienceThe facility was good I can't complain it was clean and the staff was friendly mostly. Late fees were high. I always got a friendly call for a reminder that my bill was late but I never got a friendly reminder that my bill was due. The fact that I was late was on me but if I'm going to get reminders I should get reminders all around the board. Outside of that everything was fine. And for the record when I say reminders I mean phone calls the same phone calls that I got when I was late not a email that's mostly going to get mixed up with junk mail.
