They chew a lot of my stored building materials and rendered them useless without disinfecting . They over charged me for 3 months after the removal of a stored Rv from their RV storage AREA. Other people are also complaining about the mouse problem . Even heard a story about almost complete loss of a unit of thing due to rodents . Don’t not rent and please stand up for your self if they are treating you this way. My contents were mostly metal and furniture and construction stuff . Zero food or related items . I have an email of them telling me is my problem. Good luck folks
