My only negative comment is that the exit gate was always stuck open. I called U-Haul at least 4 times to report this. I picked this storage facility because it was close, convenient and secure with gates and only accessed with a key card however in the 2 months I was there it was not very secure with that open gate.

We pulled our belongings out of storage unit as the gate has been out of order for at least a month. When you are paying for a secure locked facility I think it is unprofessional to not let your customers know that there is an issue. When I called a month ago I was told it had been that way for over a week and parts had been ordered. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me. I had to drive to the office to get more info. I am very disappointed as I had been renting for over a year. Prices went up and customer service went down.

There was never any employees there and the rent just kept going up yet there was no apparent improvements or changes. I never could get into the restroom and the one time I gained access there were no paper products and it was dirty.
