Stehpon W | Overall ExperienceThe code I got didn’t work and I didn’t get a key card when checked in . Then the elevator broke and no one came to fix it quickly. So overall the mice in was not a good experience. I was paying two guys to help so I had to spend more money than I should. The manager did apologize for the elevator being broken.

The storage unit was poorly lit which is why I needed to use my phone light at one point. The storage unit was only “clean” because I cleaned it personally and was “forced” to. These were my troubles and related to claims. Otherwise, the facility was pretty legit.
