The man with the hat and band aide under his eye. Could be a little bit more friendly. I am new to Dallas. He was a little kurt. I am a 60 year old woman that is kind and soft spoken. I know he is working alone and is vey busy. Patience is key in customer service. Also,does he have to wear the hat so low. The first intro is a little scary. I worked with him twice.
