The only issue I have with the process is I was charged on 9/7 and moved out and returned the empty container on 9/8 and they would not prorate any of the monthly expense. This is a terrible policy.

TOO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH JUST TO GET A STORAGE FACILITY FOR 4 MONTHS TOPS AND THE ONLY LOCK THAT THEY ACCEPT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE?! NOT COOL

At 7am on 7/1, you were very helpful. I needed to quickly obtain a unit, unload a 17` truck and return the truck to the McHenry store by 930 AM, especially when my wife forgot to leave me the lock.
