Very convenient. I really appreciate the carts that are available for use without a charge.
After being told they would waive the late fees; they never did. No assistance available for those not working due to the covid-9 virus. Staff members frequently give different answers; when presented with a question. I immediately removed my things frim storage.
Took 1:15 to get storage unit and I had a reservation.
They just had employees quit and the store was very busy. This experience was not a smooth as I would have like after traveling. However, Owen was doing everything in his power to assist.

This location was good, the issue I had was they were impossible to reach by phone - I tried for 5 days and kept getting the uhaul main office operators who were for the most part rude and not helpful

Staff were great to work with getting set up in a storage unit.
The service was courteous and efficient. It was extremely busy since it was move in time at a big ten college campus but there was still availability and a reasonable wait time in line.
Upon arrival to the storage facility, we were told there were no units available, despite having made a reservations weeks prior. I was never contacted by email or otherwise to let me know this before
