The only issue I had was with the billing account system. The way it displays your payments/balance is not user-friendly. When looking at the balance column, it shows dollar balances in parenthesis. In any other system, that would mean that there is a credit on your account, but not theirs. That was a bit inconvenient because I had to take the time to try and figure it out and then email my question to the location's GM, Erin. She got back to me VERY quickly and provided a detailed explanation. I was very happy with everything about this facility and its employees though.

I don't know what happened but I thought I specified in my reservation I could drop off at another location. And I drove to that location and recieve contradicting misinformation I couldn't drop it off and had to go back across town..it wasnt alot more money..but wasted time purposes, mileage, gas, I would not recommend online reservations..or mobile pick up.. Im disabled so it's alot to come in. But next time I make sure I do.Great business and people..but maybe reservations nd mobile check could be better. It's simple but it's definitely frustrating. I was better off going to other location.

The passenger side mirror could not be adjusted far enough to be properly used; I considered this a major safety hazard but was able to work around it by leaning forward every time I needed to change lanes or back up. However, about halfway through our drive, it started to rain lightly. When I engaged the wipers, I could no longer see. The blades simply smeared all the rain and dirt across the window and I was at 70 mph on I-71 in the dark. Thankfully, I was able to safely get the vehicle to the side (however, the most I could do was 30mph until I could get to the side. I used a bottle of water to rinse down the windshield (there was no wiper fluid, either) and a towel I had to wipe it as clear as I could and had to proceed the rest of the way without using the blades. THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE RENTED AGAIN UNTIL THE WIPER BLADES ARE REPLACED. This created a VERY dangerous situation and I'm fortunate that I didn't kill someone or myself given the speed and visibility at which this happened. I still rated this location a 3 because this was the only way I was able to communicate this to UHaul and the check in process and person was definitely a 5.

The truck was all over the road. It needs an alignment ASAP!!! I was told by a man named Fred that the entire process time would be 7-10 minutes. It took 50 minutes for me to get the truck and storage unit. The staff needs to be thoroughly crossed train... The the unit door would not slide back to open, so I called an employee to help me to get the door open, and by the time he got back to the unit, I had managed to get it open and unload my car... So not good!

After I parked in the return vehicle location, I had to go find the staff who were in the back of the store. I thought they would come out to the vehicle when I pulled up. After finding them - they were helpful.

I could not use the app or the website to return the truck. So that is one frustration I have. But I dropped off the key and paperwork and called the next day to make sure the truck was checked in. The gentleman who answered the phone was VERY helpful and assured me that everything was taken care of.

The woman working the desk when I came in to pick up the keys to the van refused to wear a mask in violation of local health orders even after I requested her compliance. The man stayed at another counter was also not wearing a mask. The lack of care shown for customers' health during a deadly pandemic is appalling and I will not return to this location.

Rental was a mess. Not due to the location. I made reservation for a 6' x 12' utility trailer for $29.95 on Fri. Site accepted the reservation for the equipment. UHaul called me on Sat morning to say 6 x 12 utility was not available there but that a 6 x 12 with ramp was. I told the rep that was OK BUT ONLY IF THE PRICE WAS THE SAME. When I checked in on Sunday, the rate was $34.95 and tax was applied even though I have tax exempt ID on my account. They said they don't even have a 6 x 12 utility at their location anymore. Location was too busy to fix rate or remove tax. I paid for it and have filed a charge dispute (2919333) with customer service via the 800#. What a HOT MESS!

We are extremely happy with the service we received. The employees at uhaul are thoughtful and professional and provided all of the information and assistance that we needed to assist with our 3,500-mile move to Alaska. The U-Box arrived over a week prior to their estimated delivery date-- also, with no damage to any item shipped! Overall, I would highly recommend U-Box to anyone making a long distance move, both to save the stress of moving as well as the cost-efficiency.

I was shocked to learn that the only way to return a truck after hours is you have to have a Smart phone, in order to do so. This is discriminatory behavior needs to be reconsidered b/c not everyone has a cell phone (myself) and not everyone has a Smart phone (myself). So, I'm penalized $20 for not only having a cell phone, but a Smart cell phone in order to turn in the truck after hours. And your hours on a Saturday is ridiculous. You close before 9pm - I think at 7pm. Usually hours are later on Saturdays, especially a truck rental company. That's when people have the time to rent a truck to move or haul things. You close at 8pm on Friday, but most people are too tired to do any moving or hauling until Saturday.

The people at this location were extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever have to rent a uhaul or get storage place I will come to this location even if it is out of my way.

I called ahead and was told I could add a driver at the location. I get to the location and I'm told that it isn't possible at all. Then I go back to the site and add the driver and follow the steps and get the keys. At this point I'm 25minutes into my reservation and I'm told I can't have my reservation extended at all. I was rushing and it made my move so much worse than what it needed to be due to being pressed for time when I could've just been helped originally. The employees in store AND on the customer line were no help, not sympathetic, or personable. They didn't even pretend to care or fake like they were trying to help. It was beyond frustrating.

I arrived at approximately 9 AM. The location had one person working the counter waiting on a line of 3 people. It took me 20 min after arrival (I was 3rd in line) to even be helped. The like backed up at one point to out the door, and the kicker, the store with a mask requirement, didn't require people to wear masks, as the person two in front of me, was not wearing a mask.
