U-Haul staff were very helpful and friendly during our moving journey. Staff at this facility were able to assist in choosing the best solutions such as oil paintings, tv’s, lamps where items were of larger size. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. They helped to make a stressful move more pleasant. I always left feeling better
Jon & | Overall ExperienceThe Hispanic gentleman that helped me was incredibly rude. When I asked him for the simplest of questions, he had an attitude and was very put upon. Extremely unpleasant experience. as a matter of fact, I was thinking he must be one of the newly arrived illegal immigrants because I couldn’t imagine how U-Haul employee could be so rude.

My unit had been broken into and he did not care. about a month after my unit was broken into and police report was filed. I ran up on him at a Sinclair gas station. he got my face and told me I was the reason he got fired.
