This entire move was a great experience. The truck was great and the self storage employees were completely amazing and friendly! That helped me with everything and were so nice and professional!

Alex S | Overall ExperienceSome kind of liquid leakage from above got on my furniture and damaged it so badly that it must be refinished. There were also bird droppings on my furniture.

Tamika C | Overall ExperienceI did not rent a unit. I rented a truck on the same day a unit was rented in my name using my credit card. I rented the truck form the red bank location. I was charged for 5 months before noticing the charge on my credit card. Staff was not helpful when I went to this location. They stated I had to remove the lock - I had to hire a locksmith to get the lock off and stop the monthly charge.
Matthew B | Overall ExperienceWhen I first got there the storage I rented was way too small but by the grace of God there was another one that was big enough and on ground level where I don’t have to worry about stairs.
Terrance S | First ImpressionsThe gentleman who assisted me was quite helpful and friendly. He could not have been better! However, once we began loading the storage unit, it became apparent that no one thoroughly cleans them after someone leaves. There was a plastic wrapper from fast food utensils and a paper wrapper from a straw in the unit on the floor—it had not been swept. It’s not major, but it put me off. For the price that you charge for the units, they should at least be swept and mopped.
CHERYL C | First ImpressionsHad no lighting inside of my storage. Was charged full price for this month when payment was due on the 11th of January and I moved out on the 19th of January. So shouldn’t I get a refund of some kind.

monica r | First ImpressionsIt was fine but my code for the door never worked. I could not go after hours because couldn't get in. Almost a year and never got it to work. Finally a employee gave me his code. It worked. But was stuck to there hours and not mine. Just figured a big company could getvit fig out. I had two units and for money paid each month i should have been albe to get in.
