I ended up not using the unit and spoke with a customer service representative to cancel the reservation. The representative I spoke to was excellent, however.

1st unit they gave had a leak.Also after looking @ the size of the unit we decided it wasn`t big enough.They were awesome in switching 2 a bigger unit this 1 had no leaks!

I ended up getting a bigger storage unit from u guys the one i selected to hold wasn`t quite big enough but this second one did the job.
