Maranda was absolutely amazing. There aren’t many places of business that care for customers but she absolutely changes that narrative. 100/10 service.

Keil I | First ImpressionsWas there were the advertisement for one thing when I went to get my unit? I was so it was only for a long distance. Customers went when the website said for long distance and local and that was never fixed.
Gayla H | Overall ExperienceButton pad (step 1) for front door not working. Doors to facility were open to anyone. Alarm was triggered when we opened our roll up. Zero response from staff. Facility isn't safe. Too many places for people to hide in those hallways. Even your employee isn't safe if you're leaving the front door unlocked.
Amy N | Overall ExperienceThe large sliding door for the ramp for move-in was broken so we had to move all of our things in through the tiny side door that was followed by large floor bumps, spilling things several times. We were so disappointed that our unit was in the absolute furthest corner and there was an open unit we had to pass each time that smelled like rancid death. The positives about our move-in experience were the moving carts, and that the building was nice and cool.
Crystal C | Online Move InThe check in process took longer than it should have due to one person working when it was SIU moving out days. Historically, the last two days of spring finals week will be busy. The parking lot has limited parking spaces
Jennifer B | First ImpressionsWe had many issues from the start. The unit (a 5x7) we originally reserved wasn't available. Only option was to put us in a bigger unit (7x7) for more money. We got to the storage, unloaded and walked to unit only to find out the unit was smaller than what we originally booked. Tried calling and no one answered. Also tired calling using the help button on walls but no luck there either. So we had to drive back to the main uhaul. Then there was an issue of there not being a 7x7 available so we had to spend more money to get a bigger unit. So what was originally supposed to be less than $60 a month for a unit is now coating me $80 with a 20% discount. There needs to be better policy in place if you book something and you don't have it.
