During the 7 years, there was only two price increases. Their hours were always great for access. They opened at 5am. I could always go before work. They were open late as well. Their help was great during my last move and their prices for boxes & bubble wrap were much cheaper than Staples. Plus they buy back any unused boxes at the same price as they sold them. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need a storage unit again, they will be my first choice.
