Facility is new,, clean and well maintained. This is the second time that we hav e used this facility and I would highly recommend it

claude p. | Overall ExperienceGetting everything setup & going was extremely easy! The staff were very helpful with instructions to access the unit, how to get there, which entrance would be easiest. We also had to make an adjustment, and the staff took care of the problem no sweat! I'm very pleased and would recommend this option to anyone needing some storage.
Christopher H. | Overall ExperienceAbsolutely the best experience at this facility for storage rental. The staff was extremely helpful and went above expectations on my storage needs. On a separate note, the recommendation by uhaul for a third party to offload my items, was a disaster. The worst experience. It was over a year ago. I did find a new company to load up all the goods to my new home, and clear out the Uhaul storage. I found a company in Elizabethton TN called Bennett Movers. They were also absolutely the best movers. They treated my personal items as theirs. It was the most enjoyable move experience.

She said I have to tell them in person. We were an hour away ! I asked why she couldn't just tell them herself. You need better software
Kerrie C. | Overall ExperienceI would give this area a much higher rating if the loading/unloading garage areas were available, they have everyone walking from the main entrance and placing people in storage units all the way at the end of the building I'd rather not have to do more hard work after I've already been moving all day. So I was dissatisfied with the fact they won't let you use the garage bays for unloading, also when i tried to disarm my unit at the main entrance it let me but then it kept denying me access to get in the door. Luckily there was still someone on site that could put her numbers in and hold the door open long enough for me to get in but even she couldnt tell me why it was denying me access to the door but letting me check in and out. 24 hour access would be nice as well.
Corey W. | Online Move InI'm still a customer overall it's a great place. The only thing I wasn't happy with was being charged for some one else's unit. Still waiting for my refund. And still have to fight with my back since the improper payment for the unit made my account overdraft in the middle of a move.

When soliciting someone for assistance of any kind it should be on the person's terms that you are soliciting from. So if I choose not to answer any of the questions above it should be taken at face value and I should not have to complete a survey in its entirety. Any information that I choose to give you should be good enough. Your customer service lacks because of these types of demands that you're placing on consumers. A customer feels that their boundaries are not being respected because when given opportunities to answer certain questions should they choose not to answer them but forcing them to complete a survey you're not building proper trust and relationships with your customers by doing so. Naturally this will probably fall on deaf ears and toss into a pile somewhere to which it will not be taken to heart and thus the brand loyalty and trust continue to decline.
