Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPigeons are out of control, if overall was good experience, would have been great except for the large amount of pigeon excrement on loading dock and entrance to your facility. The large pile across the sliding glass door suggests everyone has become comfortable with stepping over the thick line of poop. It’s gross and if there was another indoor facility, I’ll move there, and step over that pike again, on last time. It’s worse than this…
Donald W | Mudanza en líneaSuper helpful customer service when the lock I had requested was not in my unit on move in. Very easy to get resolved. Big thanks to Joel!
John D | Mudanza en líneaI’ve had this storage for five years and lived in New York, I used their app to pay my rent and when I came back to move out I found my storage facility as I first got it, clean and just as I left it five years ago, the hours was convenient and the office personnel were polite and answered all questions I had. It was also very easy acess to move my things out. I would recommend this facility for storage purposes.
Delores N | Experiencia generalWe have had no problem with the unit we closed. We prefer the main building over the Annex but are grateful for the space to store our belongings while looking for our home.
Ann L | Experiencia generalService was very good, he was very nice, and helpful.
janice h | Primeras impresionesI will always use you all when I need a truck and storage units
ALISHA K | Experiencia generalThe bathroom was always disgusting
Michaela B | Experiencia generalonly thing i had an issue with was the front sliding door didn't work sometimes. The flat bed carts were always missing. And there was always urine on the toilet seat and floor in the restroom
Christopher W | Experiencia generalStaff was friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond to be sure we had the units we needed on that day. Thank you.
Ann L | Primeras impresionesNice and clean
