Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI got sick, an they never could understand im on a fixed in come, 4 the last 2 year, I paid alot in late fees, that really hurt me financially, they acted like it was ok. I had kidney failer first, then I got a stroke, no disputes i left it spotless, I even left air freshener's in there, thanx 4 ur services

Ranvir S | Primeras impresionesVery great experience from start to finish. No hidden fees. Excellent service in store, app and online. Will definitely use again.
Kristal W | Experiencia generalThe whole stuff need to be replaced they not professional and they act like they work in their father,'s business many times I complained and left notes me and the service customer agents Left them notes and emails but they say we got nothing while the every customer service agent I spoke with they see all the notes and emails other agent left for them when I called complaining also some team members they come to work late and while lots of customers waiting there only 1 girl working I left the location because those stuff you guys hired my last interaction was when I called the location then I end up talking to a customer service agent about restricted me from access in my last day before I take my belongings and she said she will call the manager there then she got back to me she said the manager from that location will call in 5 minutes I waited 10 to 20 minutes but she never called like every other time I had promised to be called when they left them notes but not one time I got calls only on my last day they called me only to make sure I'm out to restrict me from access while I called to and spoke with customer service agent I told him I'm picking up my stuff on my due date so leave them a note to keep my access active
Abdelhalim G | Experiencia generalI love how simple the process is, renting online. Also love this location, as it’s very clean.
SCOTT N | Mudanza en líneaThe facility was well kept and properly maintained. The store hours were very convenient, and the facility access times worked well for me. The storage unit was secure, and the staff were friendly, professional, and cordial. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
RICARDO A | Experiencia generalWe had a tough one, but good experience with you. But I would suggested to put the big storage in the lower as it’s too hard to go upstairs and downstairs a lot. But averall, you guys were amazing. Thank you!
Veushcka O | Experiencia generalEven the exhausted lines to get a service, the lady who looks tired working all day, was very nice and polite and over all she heard me out and gave me and my family peace of mind in our moving. Thank you!
