I was forced to buy a lock which is of no use to me and they did not take it back and refunded the cost if the lock. I never asked for the lock in the first place. I mean I have couple of locks at home that I could use to secure my own belongings. 2ndly, when I went to retrieve my stuff a u-haul moving truck was blocking my way. As soon as I opened my storage unit it alarmed out. When I called the customer service They told me that I would need to pay more in order to have after hours Access.

You walk into the establishment and they’re speaking in their own language (indian) in front of you and clearly most of us Canadians have no idea what they’re saying. Also are Indian people all they hire? That barely know English, you go in there trying to explain something and they just get at you and start yelling but the problem is they’re ignorant and don’t understand the English language. The problem is they get one Indian person in management then all they hire is their own kind . That’s unjust to the Canadian people in this country trying to get a job.
