Truck has cigarettes ðŸš¬ smells very badly . My worker refused to drive I was returned truck ASAP With full payment
The back door of the truck was frozen and jammed i had a hard time opening the back door u guys should verify if its opening or not. i reached my home and tried to open it took too much time and stress this is not acceptable. Really bad service didnâ€™t expect this from u haul. Please verify your condition Before giving it to customer this is not done.

The pleasant young blond woman who attended to us on Monday at 8 am was Very aware, safety conscious and had a confidence borne of demonstrated ability.
When i drop off the truck afer hours t uhaul aap wasn't working i spent 30 minutes the picture of odometer and fuel gauge wasn't uploaded you guys charged me 22 dollars from me extra i return truck 10.30 pm my phone was sharing the location but i am very disappointed with your service if i return the truck before time why i should pay 22 dollars extra

Definitely not a good experience. I was asked to sign on the electronic key pad only to find out after that I was signing off on all the contractual points which I hadn't read and was not apprised of at all before this. I was not told that it was a responsibility of the renter to do a walk around of the truck and record any issues and that this could be done either online or with the employee who just handed over a set of keys, pointed and said here's your truck and walked away. Also was not apprised of the process for returning the truck on the other end, that it could be done electronically needing pictures, etc. Or I could do it the following morning for a $20 charge. Only to find out when I called that I was being charged $400 for damages (graffiti) which was present on the truck already and likely long before I rented it. But because no one told me about he initial inspection I was unaware. I would suggest some serious re training and customer service courses for your employees if you want to have a better service considering the price that we're paying to rent your vehicles. I would not recommend this location to anyone for renting.
Due to the fact calls are answered by international customer service agents as well as within canada, it becomes a bit confusing when they give directons to locations. It would be more advisable if those calls could be transferred to an agent that is located in the city the call is being made from i.e. I live in Brampton and my pick up is within Brampton. I would in turn prefer someone associated to that city to accomodate my inquiries for location etc.
I had made the reservation On Wednesday (3 days prior) on Friday the day before pickup of the truck I received an e-mail staying that my order has been updated. It was. Is sending me further away to another location. On Saturday, at the new location, 1 of the ladies (Blonde) at the Front desk was rude to me and several other customers. Telling people to move from the sliding doors (that shows how long the lines were) Yelling at people to move their cars even though the front and the back lots were filled. I was 14th in line and had to leave it to move my car. It took me 1 hour to finally get the truck. The truck looked like something out of the 80s. It was very old and beat up. There were many signs of damage on all sides of the vehicle. The rear tires were bald, the sides were dented, the front passenger light casing was broken and the front fender was hanging. Very poorly managed company.
This location was under-staffed. people were lined up at the counters with maximum of only 2 registers open at times only 1 during my visit. Had to wait 15 miinutes and walk around a block to get the truck with no one servicing the vehicle. upon return too, there was no one to receive it waited and walked around the back for about 10 minutes before found a person and asked to process my return. Further, even after the customer service assuring me for a 24hours pickup the cash customer care employee refused saying that her manager only advised for 8 maximum hours during busy weekend. I cancelled my home location and came 20 min out of the way to get a 24 hour rental. After a bit of of argument, i was given a 24 hour rental.
The worst company Iâ€™ve seen, but the service you sell has no competitors, so unfortunately still need U-Haul. Just one thing that happened, someone called me saying I had to drive 30 minutes to get the truck I wanted, I had no option and drove there. When I got there they didnâ€™t have the truck I wanted. Iâ€˜m not going to waist more time telling everything else, but overall U-Haul has always been a bad experience.
I have a rental unit here as well and found that e everyone has always been so helpful! I would like to thank Sam shelley and hannah at the front desk for always being so nice each time I have had to go in to talk or ask any questions.
There's no point in providing feedback as there was no effect. I gave feedback for same location last time and there's no acknowledgement for it.
Customer service needs help. They need a lots of help. This need to learn to talk to paying customers. Iâ€™ll be using someone else from now one because you should have computer knowledge of you are behind the desk.
Samantha was very helpful with the return of the trailer her customer service skills were top notch from what I observed when helping other customers till it was my turn to be served. Good staff.
I've been renting from U-Haul for years sometimes three times a year staff is excellent never had a problem with a truck but then again it all depends where you rented from all in all I had a great experience
You should save a personâ€™s information onthe system to avoid delays. Rest all is very good.
Had a truck reserved from 7 am to 7 am at the 2753 Weston Rd location. With work running late the night before and the hecticness of moving. Overslept and missed the phone call from location and lost my reservation. In my book when you reserve something from 7 am to 7 am, it is yours for that time period. Maybe that is just me. Lucky Brampton location had a truck for me or it would have been a nightmare. It was not clearly communicated in the rental agreement if you dont pick your truck up in the 1st hour of your reservation you lose it. Very unhappy customer. WILL LOOK FOR OTHER RENTAL COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
On a Saturday morning you should have a FULL staff. 2 women working and a 45 min wait! I would never use this pick up location again.
Booked a one way trip. Couldnâ€™t pick up until 10am. Got to location and the two attendants were very busy but very nice and professional. Saturday morning shouldnâ€™t be understaffed! The truck was clean but drive really rough.
They donâ€™t give whole information. Train your employees first. Second truck was in bad condition mechanically. Worst experience
The only bad thing about it was that when we gave our contract at the front they instantly sonehow lost. This made the paying process difficult and we needed to pay extra.
I would have given them excellent but the wipers were not in a very good condition. I will recommend they make it among the top priority especially during winter months.
