They treat customers like there next scam. Would not allow me to do a drop off of the trailer and forced me to pay an extra day cause I was a half hour out side the working hours. Would never go back to this location. I’ve used the same product from other locations and it was very easy. Go any where but to this location.

Pick up location was FANTASTIC. That said I would NEVER recommend U-Haul in the future. I reserved a 5x8 online and at a location close by. Just a few days from moving to another country, I received a call stating that my reservation couldn’t be fulfilled and that I’d need to drive 45min away to get a much larger trailer. The customer support was atrocious! I had been charge $425 in advance but at no point could anyone provide me with a receipt or even see the payment. All in all a terrible customer service experience on the phone. Terrible.

I requested a auto transported but U-Haul didn't have one available so switched it to a tow dolly. The location had only one available for the one way rental. It turned out to not be the recommended one and the straps were torn half way through. I complained and they told me it should be OK. The following day I was leaving for my 7 hour drive and noticed that the wheels of my vehicle were turned sharply. I went to the nearest U-Haul location and they were shocked that the original location had sent me out with this unit in the condition it was. They changed the straps and found that although it was not the best unit it would be safe for the trip. I made it safely.

I was supposed to pick up trailer in Richmond Hill. Pick up changed to Brampton They gave me the wrong trailer. Drop off was Thunder Bay and they wanted to charge me an extra 350.00because I was given an in city trailer!! It was a mess. Added to the stress level I was already enduring. Quote was 24.95 per day. We only needed it for 3 days!! The entire experience With U Haul was very disappointing and stressful!

The back of the 6x12 covered trailer was covered with soil and sand. I had a difficult time opening up the door, and then could not close it properly to lock as the soil filled in the bottom of the track. The staff were very nice so for that I would recommend them.

Tell your employees to do there job my storage lockers still had a lock on them when I came to unload my items and had to wait till the next day when they opened to get the lock off

I would like a manager to reach out to me regarding this rental. I was given the wrong truck, charged nearly double then what I was supposed to pay, none of the equipment I asked for was not in the truck. I spoke to a customer service representative saying I was not going to be there to pick up my truck it was for someone else and asked if they needed my credit card in person, they said no over the phone. When my friend arrived, had to wait for over a half, and they asked for the credit card. I spoke to lady over the phone and asked why she needed it again, and she said “sometimes it saves, sometimes it doesn’t”, this isn’t a good customer service at all. I suggest my charges reflect my original rental. Thank you

Staff no friendly at all. No customer service skills. Talk to others while serving customer, not explaining things properly. No real direction of where to pickup vehicle and lot staff act like as questions are bothering them. Equipment not clean at all and smells like body odor!
