Even though it was only in the unit less than a month I wouldn't expect that. I don't blame uhaul at all, just maybe use more mouse traps or something stronger.

Yes you have a unit, no we can't take a deposit, you should have put a deposit. We need your driver's license, ok but I have done this two other times. ALEX D | First ImpressionsI used the restroom when I moved my belongings into my interior storage and there was a cockroach on the wall. I reported it discreetly to the gentleman working inside so he could ask his mgr to call an exterminator, or address it however he/she saw fit. I understand these things happen as I manage a hotel, so my experience was still a positive one.
