We arrived at 6:22pm close to when they closed 7pm. I was walking in and one of the employees was sweeping the floor. I couldn't get to the counter because she was sweeping and I had to wait til she was finished to get to the counter.

We had problems with 2 of the trailers but the people there kept going until everything was correct. The young man that helped us was outstanding!!! Wish more businesses had people like him!!!

The app is effectively useless if I still have to go and get the key from inside, and have to take multiple photos before I can check in, wait for U-Haul to contact my alternate contact, wait for a text message with a code, then after all that, go inside to speak with someone to pick up the key. Had I known that, I would have showed up early, but I showed up on time and that ate up 15 minutes. I imagine it would be great for after hours pickup, but during a regular day you're better off just going inside and letting the associates check you in.

Personnel rude and unprofessional. No smiles and no greetings. They leave on Sunday newly hired who did not know how to run a transaction. I had to come back Monday to get my return processed. I was sold a coverage without being asked if I wanted it.

We have a 2016 Ford C-Max which has a low clearance plus not equipped with very strong springs. I needed a 1" hitch and all they had was a 2" hitch. This does not make sense to me. There are a lot of 1" receivers out there. Plus the 2" hitch that I had to buy was to low to the ground. Thank goodness I had an adapter to go from a 1" to a 2" or I would have had to buy that as well. Why don't you all rent hitches as you do everything else. I asked about turning the hitch over and switching the ball around so that it would give me about 3 more inches of clearance. The reply was no we can not do that. So the end result was that there was minimal clearance between the tongue and the road. Plus there was a lot of slop in the hitch so it wobbled around in the receiver and made noise every time you hit a bump. Plus every time that I hit a bump the trailer would hit the pavement. Even though It is your trailer I still do not like to mistreat equipment.

Was met by a 7/8 year old who asked, very politely, for me to turn off the engine and give him the keys. His 4/5 year old sister trailed behind him. Adult worker (relative to children) came out a minute later and took a long time to check the truck in. Once inside, found the room filled with supplies and the main desk hidden from view. Used this site before and it was much better.

Customer service rep seemed a bit out of it, he didnt walk around the truck with us to look at prior damage and forgot to put the appliance dolly in the truck. We had to turn around after driving miles to go back and get the dolly.

I rented a 20’ truck for 24 hours and when I arrived to pick it up was told I only had it for 8 hours. Funny though the cost was for 24 hours, not prorated for 8. Very stressful experience. ??

My whole trip was distareous from the beginning. Told and charged for an appliance dolly. Was not in the truck. Due to a 24/7 pick up because a truck I was promised earlier in the day was given away no one to talk to. So I had to load a side by side refrigerator and dishwasher into a 10 foot truck with no dolly!!! It’s sitting in my garage now because I have no way to get it in the house due to no dolly. This was all arranged from Lexington/Louisville area. No problems with drop off. That’s the only thing that went smooth.

after 50 years of depending on uhaul for my moves. This dealership is the absolutely best facility in my history. The owner and staff are THE BEST! The new motor cycle trailer was a dream. solid well equipped and tracked perfectly, I would rent one like it again any time I need to move a motorcycle I would insist on this new model. I'll buy one?

The customer service provided by the regional manager from Nashville (which is about 65 miles from Bowling Green) and the local Bowling Green staff was amazing. I went in on a Saturday and the regional manager was there. I needed an appliance dolly, which was not currently in stock. He gave me his phone number and told me to text him directly and he would make certain that an appliance dolly was here when I needed it. HE DID NOT FAIL. The dolly was ready for pick-up when I needed it. A huge thanks to him and his staff.

We had booked a truck at the U-Haul on Morgantown Rd since it was only 2.5 miles from our house a week in advance. The morning we went to pick up the truck at 8:02 am, (they were supposed to be open at 8 am), the employee arrived at the same time. Then she had to open everything up, couldn't find the key to the truck we rented, and finally decided the person renting the truck had not returned the key after she looked in several places. She booked us the same truck online at the Campbell Lane U-Haul which was 10 miles or so from our house. We got there and found out they didn't have any that weren't already booked, and had to rent the next size up which was also the same price, thankfully. Then we had to drive all the way back out to our house to begin loading the truck, which set up behind schedule a good hour. Basically we ended up paying more in time, mileage and gas when we returned the truck, which was about $15.00 extra. Oh, and did I mention this was all happening in the pouring rain?? Not happy at all with Morgantown Rd U-Haul in Bowling Green, KY!!

1. Make sure the staff doesn’t wreak of marijuana. We thought the guy helping us was alone at first. The other 2 dudes must have been having a smoke because when they came in they wreaked. Probably a liability to business wouldn’t you say. 2. Salesman I made reservations with was excellent 3. Guy that helped me first wanted to charge me $158 dollars for a 2 day rental. I called him out on it and he adjusted it to $97. I only kept truck 22 hours. 4. When you fill up the truck to get it where it was at time of pick up the needle would not move even with truck power on. I stopped fueling when I realized I only drove maybe 35 miles and added &19.80 worth of gas to truck tank. 3 miles down the road when I returned truck the needle on gas indicator bounced up past where it was suppose to be. 5. I like U-haul but this location is a bit sketchy.
