Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEasy and affordable with great customer service
Dylan C | Experiencia generalMy unit was cleaner than expected based on the appearance of the facility; There were no odors or insects in my unit. I would recommend a friend to see the units before making a reservation. The move-in/move-out customer service earned the 4th star. A facility upgrade would warrant 5 stars.
RENDELL I | Experiencia generalThe staff at this location is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and go above and. Beyond to accommodate your needs! Needed tools to break down a couple things and they were glad to provide and I will refer to all my friends and family!! I do wish they had 24 hour access, that is the only downfall.
Michelle A | Primeras impresionesIf I'm ever in need of a storage facility, u haul will be the first one I consider.
AMY B | Experiencia generalDoors were poorly secured, but otherwise excellent facility!
Emily S | Experiencia generalMy leaser was helpful and pleasant young woman and answered every question. The couple who were managers(assuming) were surely, never spoke to me even when I introduced myself and watched my every move, making me uncomfortable. They did not appear clean or well kept. Maybe a customer relations course would be of value.
Julia W | Primeras impresionesThe staff here were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
KRISTA R | Experiencia general“It was just a coincidence, but it was perfect — such a super kind treatment. A lot of concern for my well-being, truly without a doubt an option you won’t regret.”
chanari s | Primeras impresionesThe facility was generally clean, but on move out day, there was a basket that had a lot of junk in it in the hallway, and also a stroller blocking our way that was filled with food, and no one around, actively using the storage.
Michelle R | Experiencia generalAndrew and his staff members are and have always been accommodating and congenial. Even with a few 'customers' who honestly don't deserve the niceties of UHaul. This store location is the most convenient and best location of the surrounding UHaul locations and in my opinion, the busiest. Please allow Management and staff to continue the great work they have been doing.
Timothy L | Experiencia generalThey were helpful, and professional. I would recommend the Main Street location to anyone!
clerance c | Experiencia generalAndrew and his staff deal with people who probably shouldn't be customers but they deal with them all the same. If ever they need my help or support for anything all they have to do is ask.
Timothy L | Primeras impresionesGreat customer service
Sylvester W | Primeras impresionesDid not honor my reservation was over booked after I booked a few months in advance.
