Check-out was fine. When I returned the truck, I waited with the truck for a long time as the sign said, but nobody came out. The man who had checked me out that morning was talking to what appeared to be a mechanic in front of me. I thought he would come to me when he finished. He didn't. He disappeared. I got out of the truck and went inside. In the store there was a long line of customers. I jumped ahead of the line and asked if there was anyone coming out to check people in.She said, "No, it's just me." I then tried the on-line check-in which did not work for me. It took forever to figure out how it worked and I never did get it to finish. The lady behind me in the return line also had trouble getting it to work, but she said it did not make her take pictures. Eventually, the store clerk came out to help a customer and I interrupted her again. She said the truck looked fine and she would check me in and send me the receipt by email which she did. The employee was always nice and polite, even though I was rude. I went into the store to apologize for my rudeness. To my surprise the man who had checked me out in the morning was there and there were no longer any customers in line. I think this location needs to have enough employees so that customers can be dealt with in a timely manner. Also your check in on-line needs to be easier to use.Wayne K.
Any problems that we had they fixed it immediately. Without any hassle. Would highly recommend this U-Haul place.Tim D.
Make sure the truck doesn't smell like weed when the customer picks it up and make sure there aren't burnt connectors on the trailers so brake/taillights actually work. That way when someone has to drive hours somewhere they don't almost get into accidents because of it. And then we didn't find out that the trailer was faulty until we got all the way to the location we were going to. Worst experience I've ever had.Emilie A.

The truck share 24/7 app and interface is unusable. The manager of the local office was extremely helpful and made the rental experience a pleasure. Advice to future renters: pick up and return with the guys in the office. Your life will be so much easier for it.John K.

Had water leak all over stuff as it was raining that day and damaged my goods.Shashank B.
The trailer had debris left on the floor from previous user. I had to sweep it out with a broom when I got it home. When we unloaded the trailer I noticed there was what looked like motor oil or grease on the bottom of everything that sat on the floor. It actually ruined a few items because the oil would not come off.Timothy P.

Pickup was excellent, the employee inside grabbed the keys for me immediately so I could take off and get to moving. Drop off not so great. There was no easy, convenient parking available especially for a 26' truck. I put the truck in a parking spot next to their return area. A different employee (older, long gray hair in a ponytail) was there to receive the keys and then asked where I parked. I told him where and why I put it there. He literally insulted me in front of other customers saying that â€œI was dumb for parking thereâ€ and kept mumbling what I'm sure were other insults as well. I don't understand the need to insult a paying customer who also just got done working their tail off making a whole home relocation. There is conflict and there is confrontation. He chose confrontation which is not great customer service. I don't see why a response of â€œ No problem, we have guys here that can move it so that temporary spot is totally fine!â€ Was not used in that situation!!!!!! What started off as a perfect experience became a terrible one and for that I believe said employee should have some sort of discipline.Roderick S.

No improvement needed. Fast service, trailer was hooked up to my truck and off I went. Returned the trailer a few hours later and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Easy, fast, and the 2 gentleman working both had very good customer service personalities!Daniel L.

The worker was nice and helpful with our questions but was a little rude when we said we had to park in the UHaul lot across the street because the lot on site was blockedBrandon M.
I needed a small trailer to move some landscape material. Got on the local website and reserved one for pickup in 2 hours. Showed up at the store and the young lady behind the counter and young man out in the yard were extremely helpful. The trailer was ready to go; check-in and pickup went very smoothly and I was able to finish my landscape job and return the trailer same day. All in all, a great experience!Ray H.

The facility was nice, but once there I was charged an excessive mileage fee, which I found to be in poor taste, especially since I had used my own money to gas the vehicle up since I found it on empty. And filthy. I certainly had not been in that cab any longer than necessary for my trip. Lame.jay P.

I realize keeping equipment clean in the winter is a struggle, but when I get covered with salt every time I touch the equipment, it's not a pleasant experience. Other than being salty, the equipment performed perfectly and the staff is extremely pleasant.DOUGLAS M.

The truck return was full of trucks being cleaned (they filled the whole parking lot end to end), so I had to drive around a couple times until I could find a place to park the truck. Matt the manager was very degrading every single time he spoke to me. I had a difficult time maintaining my storage unit and let him know that I was doing the best I could. The conversations were rude and demanding, and I felt very anxious trying to speak with him regarding my past due bill only due to the pandemic. His service was unprofessional, untimely, his staff was the same.
