Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHuge facility. Easy to get lost it's so big. Very nice place and excellent service.
David B | Experiencia generalThe two gentlemen that helped me were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional , and helpful. Thank you!
HEIDI P | Experiencia generalI wanted to close my account but according to the store staff I was told I had to bring my own locksmith to cut open a lock and I had to be there in person to close out. I drove 3 hours away only for a store associate to cut. Waste of time and waste of money.
Melissa G | Experiencia generalAlex and Mark were super funny and easy to work with. We have a kind and friendly experience with them.
Alexyss E | Experiencia generalAwesome staff
THOMAS G | Experiencia generalSuch an important over CubeSmart. Dealing with a human being is superior to dealing with a machine.
LYNN C | Primeras impresionesStaff was very accommodating
WESLEY K | Experiencia generalWe were very leery about putting our belongings in storage, but had the best outcome we could’ve had by using the U-Haul storage facility in Morton Illinois. I was fully prepared to see pests or rodent droppings and I saw nothing on our belongings or in the units. The people that work there were very helpful whenever we had questions and even though they have gone through some hard times with a storm one week before we were ready to take our stuff out of storage after two years we never got the feeling from them that we were bothering them when we would ask a question. I would definitely recommend the U-Haul storage facility in Morton Illinois. Top notch folks to deal with.
Mark M | Experiencia generalExcellent spot—conveniently located with a clean, dry space that works perfectly.
Tj W | Experiencia generalLove this place will recommend to others
Shemeka L | Primeras impresionesMorton, IL Facility , Alex and Regie both very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable.. awesome experience. Facility easy access, 5 star and highly recommend!!!!
Caroline J | Mudanza en líneaGreat service. Very helpful.
CHERYL H | Primeras impresionesIt comes at a premium, however the storage space is premium. Heated drive-in unloading bays with 10+ feet of clearance. Complimentary hand carts. Digital access key pads. It is definitely the best around.
Kevin C | Primeras impresionesLoved that I could see and reserve a unit online and it was ready the same day / next day...even on the weekend on a Sunday! Everything was seamless and easy--from unit selection to payment to accessing the building, finding the unit, storing my things in the unit, and exiting.
